Y'know, this episode makes me wish Misty had a Magikarp during Kanto and having it evolve here. It'd give her something to do by trying to get it under her control instead of just standing around holding Togepi. Plus, it'd be better than being given a Gyarados offscreen and resolving it in one Chronicles episode.
