Tier update - art rewards

As mentioned roughly a month [or two?] ago in a text post, I wanted to give an update about the 'one time' art changing to once every other month once my commission list got closed to being cleared. This update now been finalized after updating my commission rates and added to the tiers!
◇ Tier 4 will be able to redeem a headshot sketch once every other month.

◇ Tier 5 will be able to redeem halfbody sketches (1 accent colour max) once every other month. [July-September-November etc]

◇ Tier 6 gives you a fullbody sketch (2 accent colours max) every single month.
