The theory being that the Writers, Directors, Cinematographers etc don't waste anyshots and if it is in the scene, it is because it is meant to have significance. The question is... what is the significance? Should Maze believe him or is it just BS?

2022-12-03 02:35:14 +0000 UTCI really liked your analysis of this episode. the characters actions and where you think the story might go. I had forgotten that as well as Maze being central to the case, that so much other stuff went down this episode with the developing relationship between Chloe and Pierce, Luci's unease at that, the reveal to Charlotte and then Pierce dragging an emotionally vulnerable Maze into whatever scheme he is planning. The threads from previous episodes are beginning to tie up nicely as we move step by step to (and I'll say it again) one of, if not THE best finale of any season of any Show that I have watched. The anticipation of sharing it all again is exciting, but Jerry may not continue to do his best work behind the scenes but may need a Ella hug soon!
