Super War- Subway 6

“Turn this one off.” Shen told the sniper as she removed the blue super’s two knives from the floor and tossed them aside.

“Are you sure? This one is less of a threat.” The sniper pointed to the gold super.

“Yes.” Shen stood over the blue super with her weapons pointed at his head.

“Very well.” The sniper pressed a control on her rifle and the cloud of lightning disappeared.

“Fuck me?” Shen shouted and kicked the blue super over and over in the groin and stomach.

“Yea, fuck you.” He rolled away with super human speed and her last kick missed.

“I wouldn’t get up if I were you.” She followed him as he tried to regain his footing.

He tried to get up but was immediately wreathed in electricity again and fell back against the wall. Shen nodded and the sniper released him again. Shen pointed her pistol at him and shot him in the shoulder. The bullet passed through his tight suit and came out the back with a spray of blood. The man clutched his shoulder and staggered sideways away from her.

“Where is the scanner?” She demanded and slowly followed him.

The male looked at her with fury in his eyes and tried to move away. She raised her other pistol and shot him through the other shoulder which made him slump against the wall. He looked down at his hands as blood trickled down onto them from his wounds.

“I don’t know what that is.” He gasped.

“Yes, you do, now tell me or I’ll blast both of you apart joint by joint.” Shen turned and nodded to the sniper who deactivated the gold super’s force field and she shot him through the knee which made him roll to the side.

“Fuck you, I don’t know anything about a scanner.” The blue super was still defiant but his words were weakening.

“Your suits will heal you, I know, but in the end you can only take so much damage. We know how to defeat you. Now where is the scanner?” She demanded again but did not fire at him.

“I don’t have a scanner.” The blue super replied less forcibly, realizing she knew his suit would heal him. It was an advantage he hoped she would not be aware of and buy him time.

“This would be so much easier if you idiots would just recognize you’ve lost. It’s here somewhere, probably not far. Maybe I don’t need you…” Shen pressed her pistol to the blue male’s forehead.

“It’s at the base of the stairs, in a bag.” The gold male gasped out.

“Shut up!” The blue male demanded, his wounds had already stopped bleeding as his advanced clothing started to stitch him back together.

“They’ve got us, and they’re going to find it anyway.” The gold male was horse and labored and fell to his side with a grunt.

“Can you check?” Shen asked the red female super.

“Yes, thanks for the help. I wish I could’ve held them all on my own.” The red female cleared her head and stood rigidly.

“You did just fine, now go look.” Shen told her.

“You two are traitors though. And now the war will be back. And I have the first prisoners.” Shen taunted both of the males with a smirk as she lowered her guns.

“How did you find us?” The blue super asked.

“I had a suspicion the military was going to side with you when they saw how easily we were eliminating you.”

“That has nothing to do with us. We have nothing to do with that.” The gold super replied.

“Yes it does. And I’ll tell you how you fucked up when you wake up.” Shen told them and took a step back.

On cue, the sniper activated her weapons to full power. They released a shrieking cloud of energy around the males that made their bodies convulse rapidly. When the devices expended what was left of their energy, the males fell to the ground unconscious.

“I found it.” The red female super returned with a hard black case.

“Good, now we have it. We need to disable it.” Shen told her.

The red super took a silver device out of the case and looked it over. On the screen she saw a map including the inside walls of the tunnel. There were four white dots in the middle of the screen. In a few seconds she saw what she needed and pulled the power supply out of it. The screen went dead and she handed it to Shen.

“Am I one of those dots?” The red female asked.

“I’m afraid so. Sorry we had to do what we did.” Shen apologized as she and the sniper bound the males’ hands with silver manacles.

“So I was set up to be ambushed? Why not just tell me?”

“You know the program, supers keep their identities even from other supers.”

“Then how did you know where I was?”

“Look, I will try to explain this all later, I’m sure you’re more than a little pissed and confused. Get your weapons back and cut his suit off, we need to study it.” Shen motioned to the dead male.

The red female did as she was told without complaint with the additional effort of taking his cock as a souvenir. The other two started to drag the heavy males to the mouth of the tunnel. When they finished they gagged the men and propped them both up against a wall.

“Good enough.” The sniper said and picked her weapon back up.

“What do we do with them?” The red female asked.

“We have a vehicle coming, you’re coming with us.” Shen replied and the sound of a heavy truck rumbled overhead as if on cue.

“Alright, what should I do with this?” The red super motioned the bloody bodysuit she was holding.

“Throw it on top of one of these two and give a hand.” The sniper told her as she struggled to lift the gold super.

“We need to move, the police will be here soon.” Shen ordered as she dragged the unconscious muscular man along the ground.

“Why the police?” The red super tried to help lift the gold super’s legs.

“That’s the duel arrangement. When this is over and you check in, they tell the police where it happened and they get the body so nobody is the wiser.” Shen replied.

“I didn’t tell anyone anything.”

“You didn’t need to…” Shen pulled her victim to the base of the steps and was greeted by four lithe women in black bodysuits.

The woman collected the men and rushed them up the stairs to a waiting armored truck. Shen and the other two followed them up.

“You didn’t have to tell anyone. This was all a set up. Those two probably reported in before they ambushed you. What’s your name? Not your real name, your super name.” The sniper asked.

“I go by, or used to go by the Scarlet Rush.”

“Good enough. Get in.” Shen ordered and they piled in the vehicle and it roared away.

“So what the fuck? I thought we had a deal with them, and the police.” Scarlet asked.

“They broke the deal. So we are back to it.”

“But what about the army and the police, won’t they stop them?”

“They’re in on it too this time. That’s why we had to get involved.” Shen replied angrily as she peered out of a small rectangular window for threats.

“I don’t get it. It was my turn to take one out. They sent a third rate prick which didn’t surprise me at all, but where did those two come from?” Scarlet pointed to the two men starting to slowly writhe on the floor of the truck.

“Right, I’m not going to get into all the details, but the men realize they’re done for if you girls keep getting better. The military and police are all men, and they see the writing on the wall. Normally this dueling has been kept nice and secret because you all keep your identities and locations secret from each other. You check in with the Administration and they give you a time and place and you go. When you’re done, if you’re alive, you tell them it’s over and they clean up the mess.”

“I get it. I got the call a few hours ago and came right here. Did the Administration set me up?”

“No, the Administration is air tight and impartial. You’re dealing with a computer that can’t be accessed by anyone.”

“So how did they find me?” Scarlet watched the males to see if they were listening but they seemed still dazed.

“The better question is how I found you. But we got word through an informant that the police gave a tracker to a known cell of male supers.”

“So what? They’d have to be all over the country to find me with a tracker.”

“Yea, they would, they only have about a mile of range. Problem is our friend the computer isn’t as smart as everyone thought, and there is a pattern of cities it assigns supers to duel in. The males got it right tonight. My guess is they were zipping around looking for two dots in the same place which is why they weren’t on you all at once.”

“Holy shit, so they’ve been planning to ambush one of us and it was just my day? Do you think they’ve been recording other women’s locations?”

“I doubt it. That thing can be tracked if it’s found to be missing, and it’s a capital offense for a super to have a tracker so they probably just turned it on tonight. But that’s beside the point. We need to know how much these two know, and I have other plans for them.” Shen pointed to the male captives and did not seem to care they were coming to their senses.

“How did you find me then? And why?”

“How many dots did you see on the tracker?”

“Umm, four. Who cares?”

“Six of us there right?”

“Yea, so what does that mean? You’re not supers?”

“Yep. I’ll explain later, but I have been intimately involved in all of your lives for a long time. Now everything I’ve expected has come true. So we have work to do preparing for a new fight. As far as how we found you, that’s a little cruder. One of our non-super agents shot her way into a garrison in downtown San Francisco.”

“What did that do? I thought we couldn’t do that because they have alarms when we approach?”

“Yea, again we did not send a super and those men are so arrogant they never expected a non-super assassin. So it sounds like she slaughtered the whole place. And, even though the trackers can only find you a mile or so away, the trackers themselves can be found anywhere if you have access.”

“So she gained access to the tracking system. I see, and she told you where I was.”

“Precisely, which is why I had the tracker immediately turned off. And you needed to come with us because we couldn’t have the authorities getting you.”

“I get it. Thanks I guess. Where are you taking me?”

“In good time…”
