Added 2022-05-25 15:15:56 +0000 UTCCurrently finishing up the pack for this month, this one will next to the samples also include an Ableton Live 11 project file in which I made 4 full drum breaks, so you can pick apart how the kick and snare are made. All 4 drum breaks will also be included as WAV files, including the separate parts as stems as well. The pack will be ready somewhere in the coming days.
Next what I've got in store is the 3rd video in the new series in which I do a deep dive into making Drum & Bass drums from scratch, which will finish the first set of 3 videos in the series. Next I want to keep expanding this series with more videos going over other elements of making drums, which could include sampling breaks or other methods of working with drums. I want to also talk about intro percussion and cinematic percussion probably, since drums is more than kicks, snares and hats. Maybe you have some specific requests when it comes to drums? If so, let me know what you struggle with and I'll add it to the list of ideas I have for this series. This could also be very specific requests, like maybe you enjoy a particular artist that have a specific sound to their drums and you are wondering how those are made. Let me know!
