I didn't like Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar at all except for a couple of catchy songs....I hated all the characters and felt the same way Korbin would if he had to watch 10 Lucky's all in the same movie 😐

He does make us feel that way and that is because he dances effortlessly so we don't see the effort and think we can do it too. In fact Korbin described Ranbir perfectly by saying he's a 'natural dancer' and that is one of the best kind of dancer.

I dont know if you guys catch on it, but there is a nakhara (sexy charm) and natkhat(just enough naughtiness) in her voice which cannot be taught.. only brilliant singers can do it in a wonderful balance. She pointed it out how she learnt this from Asha Bhonsale and Lata Mangeshkar. For that you need to see her Berklee interview.. she actually does a demo.. Sonu Nigam is another singer who knows how it do it and multiple times he has given ode to yesteryear singers like Rafi who weaved magic in their singing..how only hitting the right notes is not enough... To be honest, while Shraddha did great, the nakhara that is there in the singing could be better performed ..

Went back and listened again and you were comparing him to the greats and putting him a tier below them which is fair my bad hahaha. I do agree that his dancing is more accessible and does the so called simple steps to perfection. Still id say he’s up there with the best of his generation. I want to see him do a ridiculous high energy song with some revolutionary dance steps. He can pull it off. Badtameez Dil shows he can do the technical steps that JR NTR and someone like Hritikh can do
