Thanks btw that you mentioned you like Comments like these here. Makes it worth to Copy them for you each Time you Post a New Reaction. I have Tons of those Adaption Notes and also normal Background Informations, Technical Details etc for the Future, so i gladly share them with you. Also for your Question with the Age Restriction for Sword Art Online: Officially, Sword Art Online had an Age Restriction of 14 Years, but somehow, a lot of Kids younger than that got there Hands on a NerveGear. A good Example is Silica, the Girl from Episode 4. When the Death Game started in 2022, she was only 12 Years old.

Adaption Notes for Episode 12 ( Left out or Changed Details) Also, some Trivia first: ---Actions done by Kirito to make Yui's Heart: Search for the name "MHCP001", compress, manipulate that to his NerveGear's memory and attach an object attribute onto it ---The discussion Kirito, Asuna, and Sasha had on the changes and divisions of attitudes among The Army members, as well as requesting Heathcliff to mobilize the Clearers to put The Army in line, was omitted. ---In the novel, it was mentioned that Kibaou used a Corridor crystal to send Thinker into the dungeon. This was omitted in the anime. ---In the anime, it was not mentioned that The Army found a very large boss in the Hidden Dungeon, nor was it mentioned that they had teleported out of the dungeon in panic. ---In the novel, Asuna herself accessed the shared inventory with Kirito and deleted the Scavenger's meat from the inventory without taking it out, while in the anime, Kirito materialised all of the meat from the inventory and Asuna literally threw it away, the whole incident ending with Asuna stuffing one of the legs into Kirito's mouth. ---In the light novel, Kirito fought against crayfish-like monsters. The crayfish-like monsters were not seen in the anime. ---In the novel, when Thinker warned the group to keep their distance from the corridor, Asuna spotted a yellow cursor and discovered that it belonged to The Fatal Scythe. In the anime, Kirito detected the boss instead, without the cursor appearing in his field of view, although the name of the boss was shown. ---The part about Thinker exiling Kibaou and his followers, and reorganizing the guild after his rescue was omitted in the anime.

SAO Adaption Notes for Episode 11 ---The events of The Day Before, including Kirito and Asuna's marriage scene were omitted. ---The scene where Kirito and Asuna visited the KoB Headquarters to ask for a temporary leave actually happened on the same day as the incident at the 55th Floor's Labyrinth entrance in the novel. ---In the novel, Kirito disclosed to Asuna the summary story of the "Ghost Girl in the Forest" while they were still at home and later added more details when they reached the forest. In the anime, Kirito informed Asuna of the "ghost girl" only when they were inside the forest. ---The part where Kirito told Asuna about his unsuccessful attempt at climbing the pillars that connected the floors of Aincrad was omitted in the anime. ---The part where Kirito mentioned Silica in his travels was omitted in the anime. ---The part where Yui opened her main menu, revealing its unusual design to Kirito and Asuna, was omitted in the anime. ---The meeting with a player on the 1st Floor who told Kirito, Asuna, and Yui about the church and The Army's activity was omitted in the anime. ---In the novel, Asuna and Kirito first went to the 1st Floor church where they met Sasha and were informed that several children were trapped by «The Army». In the anime, the couple came across the said children and Sasha in an alley of the central market. ---In the novel, The Army members rushed to the aid of their leaders, and those who were not stunned by Asuna's assault deserted the alleyway. In the anime, Asuna only targeted the leader, and all of The Army players quickly escaped the area. ---In the novel, Asuna simply rushed to embrace Yui when the child began suffering the glitch-like episode, while in the anime, she caught Yui when the young girl fell from Kirito's back and before she hit the ground.

SAO Season 1 Episode 10, Adaption Notes ---The scene where Asuna complains to Kirito for accepting Heathcliff's duel, in the Light Novel happened on the 50th Floor, in Agil's shop, while in the Anime, it happened right before the duel. ---In the novel, Kirito began the duel by initiating the Double Circular Sword Skill. In the anime, he did not start the duel with a Sword Skill at all. ---In the novel, both Kirito's and Heathcliff's HP had decreased to nearly 50% before Kirito used Starburst Stream, as Heathcliff started to look nervous. In the anime, Kirito did so after managing to scratch Heathcliff's cheek, while their HP bars look like the two barely received any damage at all. ---In the Light Novel, a group of four were part of the training session; while it was only Kirito, Godfree and Kuradeel, a group of three, in the anime. ---In the anime, Asuna healed Kirito immediately after repelling Kuradeel, while in the light novel, Asuna asked Kirito whether he was still alive before healing him. ---The scene with the "Moral Code Removal" option was omitted from the anime. The Meaning of this is, that the SAO system generally censors mature content (you can only lay down your Equipment and it shows Underwear on your Character, like other MMOs doing it), such as sexual intercourse, but it is possible for players to disable the censor if «Moral Code Removal» is selected in the options menu. Selecting this option also temporarily increases the quantity of tactile data, but this effect only manifests itself when all the equipment of a player is removed. (Its then only Possible in secluded " Areas" like Rooms in an Inn or your own House, and it works from my understanding like a Party Invitation. You send the One you want to Remove it this, and if both Sides Accepts, the Game dont Censor anything between those 2 People, so you can have Intercourse and such In-Game)

Episode 9, Adaption Notes ( Left out or Changed Things) ---In Volume 1 Chapter 11, the novel says that after Kobatz was killed, the soldiers started to panic and ran around screaming. This is entirely skipped in the anime. ---In the novel, The Gleam Eyes roars right before it shatters into thousands of pieces. This is not shown in the anime. ---In the novel, after Kirito defeats The Gleam Eyes, he sheathes them back into their scabbards before falling unconscious. In the anime, after the boss is defeated, he simply holds the swords and then falls unconscious. ---In the novel, after Kirito regains consciousness from defeating The Gleam Eyes, Asuna gives him a high-quality healing potion. This does not happen in the anime. ---Kirito does not describe the Extra Skills, such as Katana, in the anime. ---Although The Gleam Eyes dropped loot for Kirito, the loot isn't seen or mentioned at all after it dies. In the light novel, Kirito showed what the boss dropped to Agil. ---In the novel, Kirito drank some old tea, and after Agil tells him that he plans to use his Dual Blades skill to make some money, Kirito gets upset and throws the cup, almost destroying a piece of furniture in Agil's shop. In the anime, this does not happen, although he isn't happy with the news Agil reads to him. ---In the light novel, Lisbeth doesn't appear in Agil's shop, therefore she does not mention about Kirito's "new" skill being their secret as of the "Warmth of the Heart" side story (Episode 07 and Volume 2 Warmth of the Heart). Lisbeth appeared in this episode because the author called for "More Deban" for her. Because, In the novel, after giving Kirito the Dark Repulser, Lisbeth asked why Kirito needed a second sword with similar stats to his Elucidator, and he replied by showing her his «Dual Blades» skill and requested her to keep it a secret. This is entirely omitted in the anime. ---In the novel, after the players learn of Kirito's dual wielding skills, they manage to find where he is living, and Kirito ends up using a teleport crystal to escape from the mobs of players. In the anime, it is not mentioned where he lived, and he did not use teleport crystal to escape. ---Kirito and Asuna's actual trip to Granzam, with Asuna "charging" by holding hands with Kirito, is omitted.
