Episode 15, left out Trivia about Kazutos Real Parents:
Another Thing about Kiritos Real Parents ( Dont worry, this was never mentioned, and he already said that Suguha isnt his real Sister)
Most of the Things here get never Mentioned at least this Detailed in the Anime sadly, but they help to understand certain Things better:
Born on October 7, 2008, Narusaka Kazuto was adopted by his aunt and uncle a year after his birth, when his biological parents died in an accident. Raised by his foster parents as a son, Kazuto was originally forced to train with his cousin in the neighborhood kendo dojo; however due to his aunt's influence as an editor for a computer systems magazine, Kazuto became more interested in computers and dropped kendo after two years. This decision earned him a heavy beating from his grandfather, prompting Suguha to defend him by promising to practice enough for both of them.
At the age of ten, Kazuto discovered that he was adopted from erased Juki Net records and since then unintentionally began distancing himself from Suguha
Also, Kirigaya Midori (Suguhas Mother and Kiritos Adoptiv Mother) isnt very often at Home due to her Work. The Novels stated that " She is an extremely busy woman and leaves the two kids to take care of themselves, only coming back home late in the night and leaving early in the morning, though she still shows love and care for them. "
Adaption Notes for Episode 16 ( Left out Details)
---In the novel, after Kazuto recalled Nobuyuki knowing his in-game name, Kazuto changed "Kirito" from its romanized to its kana form. In the anime, Kazuto simply leaves it in its romanized form.
---After landing, Leafa doesn't use magic to hide from the Salamanders, which she actually used in the novel.
Edit: It wasnt clearly explained, but if a Player dies in Alfheim Online, they gain a Death Penalty.
This includes that they lose some Points from there highest leveld Skills and a bit of Money and apparently Items they had.

Adaption Notes for Episode 14
Trivia:
---For a dramatic effect, the anime showed as if Kirito burst into polygons and then came back again, while in the next scene it showed the standing Kirito starting to glow. This was similar to how the anime portrayed Kirito's finger bleeding in Episode 1, while in the next scene it was shown that he was not actually bleeding.
In the novel, it was said that the flow of time slowed down for Kirito and he was able to move his arm while his body was slowly breaking down, giving him enough time to pierce Heathcliff before the former's body shattered into thousands of polygons.
---The reason why Kazuto could immediately stand up, even after not moving his body for two years, is due to the usage of EMS electrodes
Left out Details/Informations
---In the light novel, while fighting "The Skull Reaper" on the 75th Floor, Kirito was still wearing the KoB's guild uniform, while in the anime he was wearing his Blackwyrm Coat.
---Kirito's inner monologue on Heathcliff's skills and abilities that led to him deducing his real identity was omitted.
---Heathcliff did not mention that he was planning to help the players defeat the powerful mobs of monsters on the 90th Floors in the anime.
---In the novel, a KoB member attacked Heathcliff with a halberd after discovering that Heathcliff was actually Kayaba Akihiko. In the anime, the KoB member attacked Heathcliff with a sword instead.
---Heathcliff did not mention keeping Asuna in Selmburg after Kirito asked him to make sure Asuna did not kill herself if he died in the duel with him.
---The final part of "Warmth of the Heart", from Volume 2, and "The Final Promise" from Silica Edition were omitted in the anime. The anime did, however, portray the announcement being played over the game.
---Kayaba Akihiko's talk with Kirito and Asuna was slightly shorter in the anime than it was in the novel.

Im Back with more Adaption Notes and other Details:
First, Informations about the Skull Reaper:
---The Skull Reaper is one of the four quarter (every 25 Floors) bosses in Aincrad. Like other such bosses, The Skull Reaper is much more powerful and dangerous than the bosses of adjacent Floors.
---The Skull Reaper is the first known boss in the Aincrad Arc with a known number of HP bars that has five health bars instead of four, suggesting that the bosses above it have a similar amount or higher.
---The arena of this boss surpasses the size of any other boss arena in the Aincrad Arc, as there is one large platform and multiple smaller platforms around the large platform.
Due to his Strenght it 1 shooted some of the Player despite the Fact that they are surely somewhere between Lvl 85-95.
And the higher they climb, the stronger the Bosses are getting, but since they dont have so many People who are willing to Fight at the Front Lines, sooner or Later they reach a Point where they cant go any further if they lose so many People almost everytime in Future Encounters.
Adaption Notes for Episode 13
---In the light novel, Kirito wondered if Nishida was an Non-Player Character, before Nishida confirmed that he was a player, while in the anime, he explained his real-life occupation after meeting.
---In the light novel, when Asuna confronts The King of Lakes, Nishida takes a fishing rod from one of his fellow fishermen to use it to help Asuna with the monster, while in the anime he panics and tries to get Kirito to call her back.
---In the light novel, the fish takes a while to kill, being hurt when an explosion from Asuna's rapier sends it flying. The fish then gets hit by a chain attack, and is killed by the ability Flashing Penetrator. In the anime, Asuna instantly kills it with only Flash Penetrator.
---The rare fishing rod that Asuna got for killing The King of Lakes was not mentioned at all in the anime.
---In the light novel, the crowd that came to the fishing event discovered that Asuna and Kirito were married and expressed their displeasure about it. In the anime, they simply flocked to Asuna after she killed The King of Lakes, but showed no signs of realizing that she was married.
---In the light novel, during their conversation with Nishida before leaving, the group was sitting on a nearby bench. In the anime, this scene was changed to them standing near the Teleport Gate. Nishida's past was also omitted in this scene.
---In the anime, there was no mention of the scouting party reaching the boss room without casualties. Additionally, the fact that the group that was left outside after the doors were sealed attempted to open the door again was also omitted.
---Kirito does not mention that the Aincrad's quarter bosses, the 25th and the 50th Floor bosses, were much more dangerous than the bosses of the adjacent floors when Heathcliff explains that they have found the 75th boss room in the anime.
---In the novel, when The Skull Reaper lands onto the large platform, there were three players who did not react quick enough and were killed by the boss. The anime instead only shows two players. Additionally, Heathcliff and Kirito were able to protect the next player attacked by the Skull Reaper in the novel, but only Heathcliff managed to reach the targeted player's side in time in the anime, resulting in the Floor Boss killing its target with a second attack.
