It's a 34 seconds animation of Sakura giving head, looped 2 times. After finishing her animation I put Hinata, Ino, Tsunade and Karin around to spice up the scene, these are just short animated loops. Except Karins dance animation, that fits the runtime to be a loop. I'm happy that I found a way to put the dance animations on every model.
