Chapter 66



Title: Pride...

After meeting and talking with Wing, Gon and Killua were able to see that the man was a nice guy. Though Killua felt weird, like Wing was strong, but for some reason, he still thinks of him as weak due to his body build.


So as they walk to their next fight, from the corner, a tall and extremely muscular man appears. His skin has a dark complexion and gives off a lustrous shine. His head is bald, and he has full lips, dark eyes, and thick eyebrows. His only attire is a black speedo.




Everyone looks at him like he is a weirdo, but they don’t roach him as he seems like a giant of a man. Standing well above others in height. 

He looks around confused. “Ummm… excuse me, has anyone seen the Boss around?”



Boss? No one knows who is even talking about. A receptionist woman approaches him with an uncomfortable look on her face. “Ummm… sir…”


“Huh?” He turns around and sees the woman, he smiles and takes a pose. “What? Do you like my muscles? Well, you would love me when I flex.”



“Ummm… no thank you…” the receptionist woman runs away from the man. Weirded out by his strange attitude.

“Heh, another woman overwhelmed by my muscles. As expected, no woman can resist them,” the man says haughtily.


“He is oblivious,” sighs Killua. 



Fwosh!


But in a dark flash, the giant of a man disappears from his view and appears next to him. “Yo there child, have you seen Boss?”



‘Huh?!’ Killua is shocked by this. He barely saw the man move. ‘This giant of a man can move so fast.”



Killua panicked at this but in the end, he forcefully calms himself and says. “No, I have not seen your Boss around.”



“Ah, thank you. I will keep looking around,” says the man politely. 



“Sir, you really have big muscles,” says Gon giving the man a thumbs up trying to encourage him. “So don’t worry what others say.”



The man looks at Gon and smiles back. “HELL YEAH!!”


His muscles bulge up out of nowhere and he becomes even bigger. “KID!! If anyone gives you sh*t, just come at me and I will beat their face in!!”



Booom!!


He just blasts off, sprinting towards the stairs to the top of the tower, not even using the elevator at all.

-Sub POV- 





After getting off the elevator, I am on the highest floor. Karla is with me too. 


“So why do you think Pride is here?” I ask her. She has a lot of people under her control and if she uses <Spy Bandage> by covering her victim’s eyes with a bandage. Then she will gain the ability to look through their eyes. 



Booom!


Suddenly, the wall in front of me breaks and a tall and extremely muscular man appears. His skin has a dark complexion and gives off a lustrous shine. I immediately know who he is.

“Yo, Boss!!” He calls out to me. A smile on his face as he flexes his muscles. “Look at these guns.”


He flexes his muscles and they grow into an unnatural size, his head seems too disproportional for his body now as he flexes his muscles.




“They look fu*king good, right?” he questions me with a confident smile on his face. 


“You look like a puffed up turkey,” I tell him without missing a beat. Immediately, he deflates. He just turns to his usual buff self. A depressing atmosphere descends over him and he becomes even less muscular than before.


“Damn Boss… you are always just so cruel with your words,” tears come out of the muscular man’s eyes.

I only chuckle at that slightly. “C’mon now Alloy, no need to be so down. Aren’t you the strongest member after me?”


“Hell yeah Boss!” immediately he goes back to his usual muscular self. “I knew that you would finally recognize my efforts boss!”



Well, he is only self-proclaimed 2nd strongest physically after me. Though as an Enhancer, he should have an advantage. But I am just physically stronger, even when he uses his Hatsu Ability. 

“So why are you here Pride?” I ask him.


“My muscles have gotten bigger.” He says simply as if this is supposed to explain everything… and it god damn does. He is a muscle freak, perfect for Enhancer, he is even a brick head and his ability is also simple and perfectly suited for him. 


“Okay…” is all I can say. I don’t want to get into a two-hour argument about muscles.


“Boss, wanna try fighting to see who is stronger?” requests Alloy. I smirk at him, well, I am bored and have nothing better to do so I don’t see why not. 


“Sure,” I say and he charges at me. I still have my hands in my pockets and then a giant golem hand appears out of Aura and it squashes the Alloy like a mosquito. 


BOOOM!!!
The whole Heaven’s Tower shakes due to the hit. Once I cancel the hand, Alloy is in the ground, hurt, but still conscious. 

*cough* “You are as strong as always Boss,” he says. 


Damn, I shouldn’t have used my golem ability, it ends things too fast. It is an ability that can manhandle Dark Continent creatures, the number of people that I know that can take a hit from the golem and live is extremely rare. 



But I offer him a hand to get up and he takes it. “Heh, next time Boss, I will definitely win.”



I only smirk at that. Alloy is strong, but I am a hard counter for him and his Hatsu.

-General POV-



One week later and both Killua and Gon go up to floor 199 easily. Except for Killua’s fight with Zushi, nothing else special happened as they fought.


But as they reach the 200th floor, they are about to walk through the hallway when a malicious Aura stops them from moving. They look in front of them and see Hisoka, he looks at them with a smirk on his face that creeps out both of them.


The Aura was so dense that neither of them could move forward. Killua winces at this, it reminds him of his brother. Gon on the other hand strongly pushes himself to keep walking forward, even though the invisible barrier is getting heavier the more he walks.


"Yo, kid friend. You will die if you walk anymore." A voice from the corner comes, and Alloy appears, his head almost touching the ceiling of the hallway as he walks forward.


Boom!

The Nen explodes out of his body, stopping Hisoka's Nen from affecting Killua and Gon. 


Alloy looks at Gon and gives him a thumbs up. 


"Uhm, muscle guy?" Gon is surprised at this, especially since the giant of a man can use the same thing as Hisoka too.


"Yes, kid friend," answered Alloy, the smile on his face widens as he looks at Hisoka. "Don't worry, I will take care of him." 


"Mhhhh…" Hisoka moaned with a smirk on his face. "You are quite terrific."


Alloy flexes his muscles as he hears that. "Hell yeah! Have you seen these muscles? They are terrific as hell."


Hisoka sweatdrops at that, not knowing how to handle Alloy. 


"Hm~" Hisoka takes a card out, getting ready for a fight.


Alloy smiles at this and flexes his muscles even more. His body grows disproportionately. "My muscles will triumph over you Clown."



Gon and Killua back off, instinctively feeling the malicious Nen that both of them are releasing towards each other.

Alloy's Hatsu:
<Confidence> (Enhancer)
The more confidence he has in a fight, the stronger his body gets. 
Conditions:
-If he is ever afraid of someone in a fight, his Hatsu Ability will weaken him. If he loses confidence he will also become weaker.


Trivia fact about Alloy: He walks around in a speedo to raise his confidence. It was a joke/advice that Sub gave to him when he joined the group. It was very effective as while in the beginning, he was embarrassed, he started gaining unrelenting confidence during his training.
