Chapter 44



Title: A Weeb God...

After that whole ordeal, it creates a ripple in the Underworld. But Haruto doesn't pay any mind to it. It's just useless banters to his ears. What he is more concerned about is how things are going within the Olympian Gods' side. 

'I wonder if Aphrodite has been playing around and is planning to betray me?' He wonders, not having trusted Aphrodite for a split second. She did just betray the gods that she has been a part of for thousands of years. So if she betrayed him, Haruto wouldn't be surprised at all. He will kill her all the same.

Haruto then puts on a disguise and Athena goes away once more back to her lab in the Dimensional Gap. Because she is part of Zeus, he can sense her most of the time except during certain situations. Haruto can stop the trace with some Ultimate Spells. But they have decided to just be safe on this since Zeus could get something that would allow sensing her location again.


But even then, he can't sense her if she is in another God's domain or the Dimensional Gap. If the Greek Gods decide to attack her in the latter, then Haruto will be there in the blink of an eye. His Telos Karma can create miracles there casually. Also, they both know that Hades won't be part of Zeus' party and what he would consider his brother's "silly games".

At this time the Occult Research Club reaches Rias' family home and is greeted by Rias' family. 

Issei is his usual self and embarrassed himself when he saw Rias' mother.

-Azazel POV-



Ahhhh…. I hate this. 


That is all that runs through my mind as I look at the person in front of me. It is Haruto wearing that annoying smile on his face.

But what annoys me about this is the man that he has brought along. 


He appears in a tank-top with glasses along with robes tied around his waist wrapping back to his hands. He wears a bindhi on his forehead and has his hair tied backward in a classical/old-fashioned way. He also happens to wear earrings and has elongated earlobes as mentioned in the Japanese and Indian texts. He has sharp canines and is seen most of the time-sucking a lollipop. He wears a tank top with an eyepatch-wearing rabbit design on it with the word "USACHAN" written right below it.




That is fu*king Buddha…


I have to force myself to smile at the easy-going man. "Hey there, Buddha, how can I help you?"


Buddha looks around as if waiting for someone else to answer. But once no one dies he points at himself. "You talking about me?"


Obviously!! There is no other Buddha except you!! 

But while I have those thoughts in mind, I keep them to myself and answer with a simple. "Yeah…"


Buddha shrugs at that. "Meh, trash creatures like you should just die."


I wince at that, this is why supernatural creatures don't like Buddha. Because they say father (Biblical God) was obsessed with humans. The man in front of me takes it to a whole other level.


Buddha has a happy smile on his face. "Honestly, you should all die, Angels, Devils, Fallen Angels, Gods, Yokai, and everything else in between should just die."



The way he says that, like talking about the weather, and with the cold look that he sends to me, brings chills down my spine. This man would follow his word and kill every supernatural creature. 

He considers himself a 'True Human Fan'... unlike some gods who are just kind to humans of their belief. Buddha takes this to a different level. 


Normally this wouldn't be considered dangerous… but the God in front of me is one of the strongest out there. Standing side by side with Haruto means that the teen has somehow gotten him to his side.


Now… Zeus… the man could say whatever he wants. But he would never dare and approach Buddha at this time, not unless Hades joined… which is very unlikely.

-General POV-



Haruto couldn't help it as an amused smile made its way to his face. Buddha notices this and smirks for a split second. The latter was here just to put some pressure on Azazel and stress out the man by saying dangerous things here.


But Haruto was here to only give a message to the three factions. He is saying that the Olympian Gods aren't the only ones who have allies, and he too is gathering his forces. If the Olympian Gods decide to attack… well… he doesn't plan to be as kind as he was to Heracles.

After some more talks in which Buddha expresses his hate for the supernatural creatures. He and Haruto leave Azazel as they go and explore around a bit.


Buddha smiles as he puts his hand in space seemingly and pulls out a manga. "Haruto!! Look at this!! THIS IS WHAT HUMANITY CAN ACHIEVE!! Do you think this is what they could achieve if they were under a gross race like the Devils or a sh*tty one like the Gods… NO, THEY CAN'T!!!"



'Ahhh… now I remember why I don't invite him anywhere.' Thinks Haruto as he sees Buddha talk as if weeb culture is the greatest thing that humanity has created. When he met Buddha around a year ago, he was just your everyday magician fighting against gods (so not at all like your everyday magician). Buddha was curious as to why Haruto was reading a manga at one time, and since then… Buddha is a closet Hikkimori, staying in his heavenly palace reading manga and watching anime. While before he didn't think that supernatural creatures shouldn't interfere with Humanity. He now thinks that supernatural creatures should just disappear. 

He used to be a human before becoming a God, so he understands and likes humans the most.



"Wanna go and try some maid cafe?" Asks Haruto. "In the human world."


"Maid cafe?!" Buddha is curious what this is, but he also has a sense of excitement about it.

Haruto smirks at this, now he knows that Buddha didn't read any manga about maid cafes. "Heh, just wait, this is about to rock your world. Also, we will play some PC games next, after that, we can try many different things in Akihabara."

The next day, Azazel, after sleeping with a devil woman that he found. He now feels like he didn't just have an encounter with a being who can destroy the three factions and even hates them enough to try. If it wasn't for Sirzechs and Ajuka, he would have tried most likely.


"Good morning everyone," he greets the ORC club casually. "Anyway, I will now tell you about your training programs specially made for each of you."


He then reveals the training program for each member of the Occult Research Club for their summer holidays.

A couple of minutes later and Issei is being stared down by a giant Tannin. "Hello there, Ddraig, young man."


'I have to train with him!!' Issei is scared as hell at that. Especially since he knows just how strong Tannin is, even when he is not going all out. "H -Hello there sir-"



Booom!!!


Tannin shoots fire breath at Issei, not even letting him finish his greeting.


"The only way you are getting out of this alive is by achieving Balance Breaker." Insists Tannin, his voice heavy and serious. A mountain is casually obliterated by him as a show of power. He plans to put the fear of god in Issei, so the kid can achieve Balance Breaker.


….
At the end of the day, Issei is bruised, burned, and exhausted from the training. Tannin looks at this and shakes his head. 'Hmmm… I have heard that Scared Gears can sometimes evolve through emotions. Dragons are creatures of emotion.'



"Tell me, what might be bothering you, young man?"



Issei is surprised by the insight the dragon has, something has been bothering him lately.
