Athena frowns as her wisdom seeps through the world and it gives her a kind of Omnipotence as she uses the knowledge that she gets to predict a very probable future and also try and look into the world's records to figure out what Haruto was talking about. 


But in the end, she frowns. "I see… so that puzzle leads nowhere. You just tricked me."



He only shrugs at this innocently. The look in his eyes says nothing as he stares directly at Athena. "You surprised?"


"Heh," Athena smirks. "No, just kind of annoyed that even with all this power and being the goddess of Wisdom, you can still trick me so easily."



"Hahahaha," Haruto laughs, his voice showing his amusement at the situation. "Sorry, sorry, this is just too funny."



Athena pouts and pinches his cheek. "You are shameless, always keeping your secrets."



"You wanna know them?" Asks Haruto with a sincere look in his eyes. "You know Athena, I will never dodge the question if you want an answer so bad."


She huffs. "No need. If you don't want to tell me, then I see no need why I should learn about it. When the time comes, you will tell me yourself. Right?"


"Exactly." Haruto smiles at his lover.



"I see that quite some strong people have gathered here." A voice rings out through the battlefield. It is strong and dominant, like a relentless lion. Everyone looks at him and sees that it is Sairaorg. "It's been a while cousin."


He greets Rias, making the redhead smile. "Yes, it has. How is your mother?"


"Better than ever." He has a look of gratitude while looking at Rias. After all, when his father kicked them out and his mother got sick, only the Gremory were willing to help the mother and son. It wasn't an easy decision since it makes it seem like the Gremory did not follow along with the Bael Clan.


He then looks at Haruto and nods at him in respect. "Irregular Magician, you have shown an amazing battle strength today. I am sure that the Three Factions and the Norse will give you many rewards for your help."



Haruto only shrugs casually. "Meh, what can they give me that I don't already have."


He is the owner of the Abyss Auction, the place where even Longinus Gears are traded. Of course, many other treasures at the level of above a Longinus Gear appear. And it is obvious that Haruto has dibs on any of them and can have whichever he wants. So in his honest opinion, he couldn't give a rat's ass about what they will give him.


'Though I might contemplate it if Odin decides to give the World Tree.' Contemplates Haruto, knowing that such a request is unlikely to be given. "So? You here to escort me?"


"Yes, the Satans have trusted me with such an important job." Admits Sairaorg with a smile on his face. 


"Hmmm… okay." Haruto easily agrees with this. Seeing what those old folk are after.

After the battle is over, all of the ORC members and the Student Council go to rest. 

While Haruto and Athena are teleported to the main chambers of the meetings. But this time, instead of just the Satans, even some of the elders of the Devil Council were gathered.


"Wow, old men smell reeks of this place," Haruto whispers to Athena, but everyone in the room heard him clear due to their acute senses.


Athena almost sighs again, she can see that her lover is once more into one of his schemes again.


"Tch, why do we have to bring some humans to this place!" Complains one of the elderly, making his feelings clear on the situation.



The one who talked is an old devil with a scruffy white beard. Though he seemed old, one can never tell with these devils as this might just be the form that he likes to take. He is the elder of the Stolas family, one of the still-living pillar families.


Haruto just looks at the old devil with an unknown look in his eyes, but in the end, he just smiles. "Greetings you impolite old fuck. How has your day been?"




*PFFFFT*



This makes everyone be shocked at this and that if they were drinking anything they would have to spit it out. 


"You bastard!" The old man gets enraged by this, and even many other elders of the pillar devils look at Haruto disapprovingly.


*sigh* "Welp, it seems like this is how the meeting is going to be. See ya later, I am not here to get in a fight with some senile devils." Haruto waves and starts walking off. "Sirzechs, be sure to keep your elders on a tight leash. You are a Satan, so start acting like it."



Some elders get angry and start to release their demonic energy to try and intimidate Haruto. Sirzechs sighs at this.


BOOOOM!!!


Sirzechs releases his power out of his body and looks at the elders maliciously. "Oy, I would suggest you stop it… or I will annihilate you."


Every one of the devils is overwhelmed as it feels the whole underworld is shaking. For the first time since the war, he is releasing his power to intimidate someone of his race.


The elders were immediately put in their places and slammed down into their chairs by the pressure.


Haruto glances at this and smirks before walking out of the meeting room. Athena teleports next to him. 


He looks at her and smiles. 


"Isn't he such a monster?" He says, referring to Sirzechs. 


"Hmmm… yes, he is strong, but with my new power I am confident that I can beat him." She concludes but for some reason, she seems unsure about something.


"What about when he releases his true form?" Haruto asks once more, trying to see just how far Athena can go with her new power.


She shakes her head. "At that I am unsure, the fight could go both ways. The man is quite monstrous indeed."


"Well, there will always be someone stronger than yourself." He huffs, but Haruto doesn't seem dissatisfied by this at all.



"So?" Athena doesn't seem to mind either. "Just because someone is stronger than you, it doesn't mean that you can't defeat them."



"Hahahaha," Haruto laughs at that as both of them are surrounded by her domain and ready to teleport away. "That is indeed true my dear Goddess of Wisdom."




"Dear? You have never called me that before." Athena says jokingly. 


As they are within the Dimensional Gap for a split second, Haruto releases some dark energy from his body.

Fwish!


Immediately, Athena instinctively jumped back and looked at Haruto in shock. As the energy came out it formed an aura around him and inside the darkness, countless eyes opened and looked around.


For the first time since gaining this power, Athena felt strange. A chill goes down her spine, that energy feels dangerous to her, even more, dangerous than she felt when standing against Thor, one of the Top 10.



"Haruto… what the hell is going on?" She asks her lover, as she feels a sense of fear appear from her heart. Her body shakes uncontrollably and the divine energy inside moves erratically.


He looked at her, his eyes had turned dark, and a small patch of hair started appearing over his head. 


"Sorry about that" He apologizes. "It's just that it seems like they have finally started giving up."


"They?" Athena is even more confused by this and almost activates her Wisdom Divine Power, but in the end, decides against it. In the end, she is confident that Haruto will tell her when he feels like it and she doesn't want to pry too much into his secrets without his knowledge.


"Ah, I guess I should tell her about my plan now. Since you are strong enough…" He smiles. "Let me tell you, my Gluttony Plan."

A/N: Finally the MC will start explaining some things next chapter since in his eyes Athena is strong enough to keep her secrets as the other Gods won't be able to read her mind or such.
