Everything was settled, and it took Max one whole year to fix up everything. The world was at peace for the first time in a while. Of course, Piracy still ran around and people like Luffy were chasing after One Piece. Max didn't mind it, just like a villain was needed for a Superhero to exist, a little bit of bad was needed in the world for the good to shine through.
The New World became the World Government's base, Max didn't bother to change the name of the organization and just let it be what it was. In the future, he planned the Marine HQ to be in Wano, but right now it was where Mariejois used to be.
Organizations like Cipher Pol expanded rapidly and Max got an invisible, but very tight grip on the world.

Max stood on Wano and he sighed, but soon a small smile came to his face. "Negan."
Though he said the name softly, almost whisper-like. Within a crackle of lightning, Negan appeared standing next to him.
As always, Max was impressed and smiled. "Can you handle things around here? Remember, Reiju is in charge of things. But I want you to go and be the new Fleet Admiral. You will be busy as hell, but I need you for this job."
"Okay," Negan nodded, fully committed to doing this. He knew that Max had something going on, but didn't enquire about it. Slowly a smirk came to his face. "Boss-man, remember to bring me on your adventure after you figure everything out okay?"
"Yes, but make sure to not die and remember to use the Age-Age Fruit to make yourself younger in case you appear to die," Max instructed him.
Negan nodded and waved him off. "Don't worry about it, I have everything handled here."
Max smiled as a part of him ripped off and formed a new body. "This guy has about 10% of my power, use him just in case something happens."
By how many abilities the clone had, its 10% was about as strong as a Yonko. This was another ability Max had gotten due to a Puppeteering Fruit. Though the clone didn't have any logical thought process and only raw instinctual power.

With everything handled, about a week later Max was ready. He fled towards the sky by using his bat wings and certain combinations of powers, among which was the Dark Fruit, Light, Gravity, and even barrier. A dark wormhole opened in space and time.
Max sweated a little, this was his next step and for the first time in a while, he didn't know what he was stepping into. Though he had taken countermeasures to survive, he didn't know if he might happen upon some invincible Cthulhu-like creature.

On a faraway land, two young men were playing across a stream. One of them had his hair cut in a bowl cut and was wearing green kimono-like clothes. He was Hashirama.
The other kid he was playing with was a young boy with dark eyes, and long dark spiky hair. Though he was young, it was clear that he would grow up to become a handsome young man. His name was Madara.
Neither of them said their last names to each other, suspicious that the other was from an enemy Ninja clan. But they didn't mind this. Right now, they had just met some days ago and were having fun.
Suddenly, both of them stopped as they heard some of the bushes. A young man around their age came out, he had brown hair and eyes, wearing a black tank top and short dark pants. He looked around curiously and asked. "Have you seen my father?"
"No," answered Madara coldly. "I haven't seen anyone around here. But dead bodies show up a lot, so we can look for your father that way."
"Madara!" Hashirama hit his friend on the back of his head. "Don't be like that!"
Madara turned around with an angry look. "You wanna fight? I will beat you ass Hashirama!"
The other young boy felt like a third wheel but he didn't seem worried when Madara insinuated that his father might be dead. "Hahaha~ guys, guys, there is no need to fight. My father is super strong, so he won't die."
Madara and Hashirama stopped fighting and in that split second they had the same thought. - 'Then his father must be a Ninja if he isn't worried. Only Ninja come around these parts.'
Hashirama then extended his hand, and with a smile on his face introduced himself. "Hello, my name is Hashirama, and that guy," he pointed at his grumpy friend, "is Madara. Nice to meet you…"
"Daisuke," the young boy introduced himself casually, and just like Hashirama and Madara, he didn't mention his last name. Leading the two young ninjas to assume that he was a ninja too.
Though they were both suspicious of his identity, the two young boys weren't worried and decided to involve him in their games. Well, Hashirama did, as Madara was still grumpy.
"By the way, have you ever skipped stones before?" Asked Hashirama enthusiastically.
Daisuke shrugged. "Nope, but it couldn't be that hard right?"
Madara smirked. He had similar thoughts at first, after all, he could throw a kunai to hit a bullseye even on a moving target. So how could throwing a rock be harder? It was for the first couple of times.
So with an amused smile, Madara quickly grabbed a small rock and gave it to his new 'friend'. "Here, try throwing it."
Hashirama looked from the sidelines amused too. He wanted to see Daisuke be like Madra and fail the first time, though Madara's situation had been funnier as he had been very smug about how it would be easy.
Daisuke looked at the rock curiosity and then back at the slow-running river. He took a position as if he was about to throw a baseball pitch and then he waited a couple of seconds.
"What are you waiting for?" Hashirama complained, already bored of this.
But Madara was different, he felt something strange around Daisuke.
Fwish!
Within an instant, Daisuke suddenly threw his rock. Each time it skipped perfectly, if Madara had ever seen a perfect throw, then it had to be this one. For each time it touched the water, it had the perfect bounce.
Finally, it reached the other side, and if the river had been wider then it would have gone even further.
'This guy is crazy good at this. His accuracy and balance are off the charts.' - thought Madara, though he hadn't activated his Sharingan yet, his eyesight was still many times better than the average boy his age.
Hashirama on the other hand was more excited about this. "Woah!! That was even better than my throw!"
Daisuke suddenly turned around towards them and the smile on his face almost seemed to split his face. "Of course~ I am the best at this~"
Immediately, Hashirama's competitive spirit was lit up and he picked up rocks, and immediately went to train using them.
Madara observed this from the sidelines, unlike his friend, he wasn't willing to waste so much time on something as useless as skipping stones. The young Uchiha heir chuckled, finally his time had come to ridicule his friend on his stone skipping skills, just like Hashirama had done before. "Heh, as expected Hashirama, you suck."
"Shut up!" Hashiramam yelled and kept throwing until he ran out of stones. While he was doing good, his throws were nowhere near as good as Daisuke's. "Also! You can't pee while someone is behind or looking at you."
"Hey! I told you that in confidence!" Madara yelled out, panicking at how Hashirama threw him so quickly under the bus.
Daisuke just looked on from the sidelines and chuckled.

-Daisuke POV-
These guys were amusing. I was very lucky to get into the Naruto world, especially at such a time.
Well, some would call it luck in a literal sense. But I made that luck happen by using the Luck Luck Fruit and when I battled Luffy during the time we fought I stole all of his luck. And I used that same luck when I opened the portal and teleported here.
Now that I had marked this place, I could come and go between here and my One Piece World.
Though there was one small problem...
