This seems like the foreboding moment of irony in the Twilight Zone episode where everything unexpectedly starts to come to life. That said, perhaps she is a "sand alchemist"? If so that stud, with his mass of rippling muscles, is about to be balls-deep in him any second now! -- And as a final twist, the episode ends with his entire body being turned back into a sand sculpture the moment seamen is introduced to the materials (perhaps it has something to do with the fact that they are physically at the 'sea'?)
