Be realistic with what you can accomplish, you know? If you set yourself goals that you cannot reasonably fulfill, of course you'll feel guilty, ashamed, and stress. That isn't to say you shouldn't have goals, but rather that instead of stressing on what isn't, focus on what is. If you have the intention to do your best, then you will do your best.
