Hellish Delights or New project?
Added 2021-08-25 08:19:53 +0000 UTCI mentioned earlier on Twitter that furries...don't really like ferals anymore. If you draw NSFW ferals, people are calling you a zoophile and putting you on blocklists and such--of which I'm a victim of as of late due to Hellish Delights. Now, while Church, like most hellhounds, prefer to be in HOUND form, they're not true ferals; they can shapeshift. However, that doesn't seem to matter to folks lol.
Would you all prefer if I continue working on Hellish Delights, or (temporarily) scrap it to work on some new comic project instead?

Ultimately this. Idk where the feral hate suddenly came from. I can understand if it's a literal dog and not one that can speak and consent but they're suddenly lumped together. I don't enjoy bestiality, I don't draw it. I draw ferals who can consent. BUT for some people, that's still 'zoo/bestiality' and I cannot win.

2021-08-26 03:25:17 +0000 UTCIt's dumb how often quadrupeds get autolabeled as zoo and beastiality even within the furry community. As someone who's natural 'sona form is a quadrupedal (but not what I'd consider feral) unicorn it can be tough sometimes to even find an artist willing to do a SFW picture between him and anthro/bipedal friends. Technically his anthro/bipedal form is to make it easier to interact with friends and because hands are quite useful. Ultimately it's up to you as it's been a fun comic but I can understand why you might want to just table it for the time being to work on another- or do both and just alternate between them.
