(And I'll tell you what else I didn't think out very well - how long it would take to draw and shade all of that lace brocade. But it was worth it.)

As long as I have been following you, you have mastered the realism and emotions that come out in every illustration you have done. The looks say a lot about how each character feels. The lace must have taken you a long time to make. I love the detail of the compressed left arm with the fold of skin created by the compression of the sleeve.
