New Year , New Changes *Important Announcement*

Greetings Patrons-

As this year comes to an end we reflect on past challenges and look to the future as an opportunity to grow and improve.. I was lucky enough to overcome my own difficulties and return to work in better health. This page has been active since 2019 and during that time the community has faced a few issues I find pertinent. 

The Issues-

-   Intellectual Property (IP)- Fan art has always been a subject of controversy in the 3D printing community. Many artists get criticized for indirectly profiting from others IP. This is difficult as an artist who gets many requests to make fan art.

-   Piracy- 3D Artists suffer from piracy. People steal our files then sell them for their own profit. Artists (including myself) have been hesitant to make drastic changes because it could put our Patreon income at risk. I believe this is the right time to make a change for the better.

The Solution- 

I have always given my back catalogue to supporters as I never operated this page as a store, but rather as a platform to support me to keep bringing you quality models to 3D print. I will continue this practice but now with the understanding that all fan art will go free a month after its Patreon release. Fan art will remain free on Printables as opposed to staying exclusive on Patreon.

The Explanation of tiers- pricing and names of the 3 tiers will stay the same. 

-    Peppermint ($5)  has early access to fan art one month before it's released on Printables. This tier supports me in general and grants access to Discord.

-    Mint Condition ($10)   has early access to fan art models one month before they are released on Printables. Mint Condition has access to my Originals as they are released and access to my back catalogue and to Discord.

-    Mint Partner ($40) have the benefits of all previous tiers and Merchant permissions (permission to sell my original concepts as physical prints).

I want to thank you all for your support. I would not be here today without it, and I hope you are satisfied by my efforts and improvements to my Patreon and the greater community moving forward. Knowing how much my supporters have enjoyed my past models gives me the confidence to move forward. All I ask from you is your continued support and I will  give you my 100% as I always have. You are the fuel that keeps me going and I hope you understand why these changes are important to me as an artist. 

On a personal note, freeing myself from the "Fan Art controversy" is going to allow me to make more of my own original art and do nothing but improve my creative process. I am genuinely looking forward to this and I hope that you all are as well.
