Rewards & Shipping Update

Hello lovelies! Thank you guys for sticking around and supporting me through my surgery recovery, I’m so sorry that we’ve fallen quite behind on the Patreon schedule. I’ve been working on a couple of changes going forward due to the workload that’s been continuing to increase. Also sorry this update only came now, I realized it was only posted on discord announcements and not patreon. I don't always have access to my PC when we're doing events or out with work and it's relatively annoying and buggy on my tablet. I'll be getting someone to step in and help with this!

Anyway, let me first say that our November theme and pin was Pumpkin Spice! Sorry for the members who didn't get to see this preview 😭

Our December pins and theme are going to be Penguins! For December I’ll be officially removing sticker club and our highest tier kitty mail will be converted to a deluxe pin tier, you’ll receive 2 pins from now rather than the sticker pack. I will also include an additional freebie as much as I can on each month such as a vinyl sticker of the pin or a postcard/print for the deluxe tier

October-December items will unfortunately take a while to send out, I know this may be disappointing but we’re currently moving Pin Club into the trusty hands of White Squirrel co, which some of you may know handle my shop at the moment! I trust with their larger team we can get things done on a more timely basis and be more consistent with our shipments! Digo will still be helping me with conventions so you’ll still see him around as part of the Cremechii team! 

Regarding September shipments there was a bit of a mixup with which warehouse they were sent to so I'm currently sorting that out as half my pins were sent to White Squirrel co and a bunch to Digo, we're getting this done ASAP. 

As of now shipments for pins/stickers are due to go as follows:

September Items - Digo to ship remaining member's items 10-11th January.

October- December (one batch altogether) - White Squirrel Co to ship on 22nd of January. 

January- White Squirrel to ship February 5-6th

Icon Packs

 I do still plan to do icon packs! Unfortunately as I had to take over a month for recovery I was behind a lot of shipment orders and plans, so I needed to finish that backlog which just took much longer than I thought. Any month you were subscribed to you will receive an email for the icons please don’t worry! I will also announce on social media once we start posting again when each pack is out which I’m working overtime to get done. Once packs are released and announced here and social media, IF you don’t receive an email with them please feel free to reach out to me on discord or info@cremechii.com with your Patreon name and I’ll be happy to send you any packs you missed out on! Once again, thank you for your patience with me, your kindness in all your messages and just support in general!  If you have any questions going forward please feel free to reach out!

My partner was logging into Patreon and Digo as well to try help with patreon messages but it just ended up causing a lot of issues with my authenticator and messages getting opened and left read but not responded to. I really apologize for that and will do my best to scan through everything after tomorrow to recheck your messages!! 

Emails are just much cleaner and easier for myself and my team to navigate. I know it may be a hassle to do but moving forward if possible please kindly email us and include your Patreon name as white squirrel also won't have access to my patreon messages, emailing allows me and them to both stay in the loop of your query!
