Yep! This was also highlighted way back when by Wing when he was teaching Gon and Killua about nen. There are people that we call geniuses or uber-talented that are using nen (or maybe their aura) without training. I think it's been theorized that the one serial killer from the Hunter exam (that Killua destroyed) tapped into his obvious enhancer nen ability to be able to kill with his bare hands.
