I think the reason people don't like it is because they compare the two shows too much TLOK has a completely different dynamic and Aang and Korra have different challenges and stories.

2021-02-03 04:45:19 +0000 UTCThe thing about it being only 3 seasons always hurts, but there's the comic books and there's Korra. Through those you get a pretty good glimpse of what they would've done with a potential season 4. It's just....without getting into details there's a lot they could explore, but by leaving it as just 3 seasons, it's pretty perfect. I don't think a season 4 would've RUINED what we got (some fans do, I don't). But the show ends so well that I won't complain too much. I'll just say that in a perfect world, a small reboot to bridge the gap between the ATLA comics and Korra, even just 6-8 episodes, would be all that I'd want. It'll never happen but it's fun to think about.
