Its best they ignore that OVA it's not really necessary because it's just a "What was this character doing at that time" kind of ep. I've already watched it last night

I watch and read Attack On Titan, you WILL BE SPOILED if you watch Lost Girls (the beginning portion anyway). Just watch Notebook, No Regrets and continue on to S2 and S3 etc.
