I think what Walt meant at the end was saying, viktor doing things that he wasn’t there to do, got him killed and also letting everyone and also mike know who’s the boss. So walts pretty much saying mike needs to fall in line or he’s gonna get killed.

It's not really a big deal though. Also the group Eren is joining is called the Survey Corps, Scout Regiment is another name for them as well
