Seasons 2 and 3 were immediately after the father went to prison, that would be way too soon to get into the idea of her seeing him again. Season 3 was also so densely packed with events there would be no place to really fit this part of the story. In season 4 we've had three years pass, seems more believable. I really like how they managed to captured his state by the physical change since season 1. The father has dramatically deteriorated, probably dropped a hundred pounds and has gone fully grey in the last few years, which is an outward projection of what's going on with him mentally, and really illustrates his regret and inner turmoil for what he did. I'm down with anything Asami needs here. Does she want the president taken out so she can be the Queen of Republic City ? NO PROBLEM, she's already the Queen there anyway. Does she want a log cabin and retire on the moon ? We'll get Yue on the wire and make it happen ! Also.... man..... Korra's expressions and how she's talking, feels like they're showing her more fragile than at peace. @___@
