Just to add, dispute first time is safe. You won't get in trouble. But if the copyright owner refuses to allow you to monetize, then you should not dispute again - because the 2nd time they can give you copyright strike. Depending on the copyright owner, most do not check this so you just wait for 30 days and then you'll be able to monetize. Whereas some will accept your dispute and some will reject your dispute before the 30 days are up.

@LMReactions I don't know if you know this but there is a way that can get your videos monetized. You need to file a dispute for each video, and clarify that the copyrighted materials in your videos falls under "fair usage", and that you are doing "reaction" videos and nothing else. Disputes won't take more than a month, but the decision of monetizing your videos is totally up to the owners of AOT copyright. They either agree with full monetization or shared profit, or disagree. If you want, there are several videos on youtube that explains this process in details.

The comment section has been horrible ever since LM got a massive influx of subs around the 3x12-3x18 releases. A lot of the worst part of the fandom are rampaging through the comments every video, so much that someone had to warn them about comments on a Better Call Saul post lol Obviously super awesome that LM are getting the bag and I'm happy for them, but it's like a typical AoT youtube comment section here right now

we don't get copyright strikes but non of our aot videos are monetized, we don't know how much we would have to cut for it to be monetized but we just want to leave a lot of stuff in so we just gave up on the monetization

How do you deal with copyright claims on AoT videos? There was a youtube channel called Accent Central, they were among the best AoT reaction channels and they quit making reaction videos because of constant copyright strikes right after Season 3 Part 2 ended.

Personally I really want to see your S4 reactions. But it might be best for you guys to watch the OVAs first because S4 they changed studio so the art style is much more different. Either way, I say you do whatever you wanna do most.

Right? like, before you pay you can check the kind of content they have or if they have schedules, if you don't like it don't pay. It bothers me because it's obvious they put much work on it and people are just being rude in the comments. If they'd pay attention they'd have know they said a couple of times the OVAs would be after s3. People just saying they prefer s4 is just not it.

Hey some don't have the money for next month. They should have updated the schedule before the start of October so people can know we were gonna watch the OVA's first. Maybe someone waited for 4x6 or 4x7 the entire series and now it's pushed for next month.

I knew that people would recommend s4 immediately and I don’t think that should be a surprise that people want s4 way more than the ova but the OVA’s are good breathing room before s4 so it’s a good place to react to then can’t wait.

But also, remember that they may have watched lost girls and will be easier for them to edit that than to watch and edit. They do upload almost every day of the week even if some only watch the aot reactions. Most of the comments are really polite, but some sound a little bit "demanding". I have no idea how many times takes to edit but I can imagine it's not easy.

I understand that many people prefer season 4 first so 4x06 and 4x07 will be in october but I have been waiting Annie's OVA for months do I'd really prefer if they reacted to Lost Girls before s4. And I think it fits better to watch it before. But I understand if they change it because it's what people prefer. I will still be here next month anyway

OVAs first. But try to watch all of them. Theres one where Jean battles Sasha in a cooking contest. Idk if u saw ilses notebook. And theres 2 from when they where in trainning as cadets. The end of S.4 p.1 is such a cliffhanger, better to wat h it closer to s.4 p.2 release

I'd recommend watching season 4 first for two reasons. The first one is the OVAs can become more relevant for part 2 of season 4. and the second one is that there may not be spoilers in the OVAs, but they can give small hints about where the story is going.

Yes, you can watch or post the Mikasa one first, they are not related. The people who think the Mikasa ova isn't important haven't read the end of the manga. I think both the lost girls stories are relevant for season 4 part 2.

Just a small opinion, I'd prefer watching S4 straightly not because the OVAs aren't important, but because the content from the OVAs can still be relevant "after" S4 part1. So it doesn't hurt anything if you place the OVAs after S4 part1, and also S4 part2 is coming this winter where there will be a good break before part2 airs so it's perfect to watch the OVAs then too. Or, you can watch Annie's OVA first, then watch S4, and watch Mikasa's OVA.

Yeah I’d agree with the people saying starting with season 4 might be better if possible, since 4x6 and 4x7 would be pushed to next month and those are 2 fan favorite episodes from the season (im staying here anyways lol, but mayne some people can’t). But then again watching the OVAs after s4 might be kinda weird, so watching them between S3 and S4 makes more sense if you think about it that way. Whatever y’all chose works for me lol

The OVAs are important in that they will give a certain perspective that is relevant to next season, even if the plots are unrelated, per say. Before season 4 is best to watch them, after that it would be irrelevant. Either the Mikasa or the Annie episodes is okay, post them as you watch them.

Start with OVA if you like. It is better to postpone season 4 as much as possible because you dont want to finish the first part and stop until the show comes back. I hope by the time you reach the end of part 1 , it will be time for the next part and you dont need to wait like the rest of us.

No worries about posting it tomorrow and I don't mind whichever OVA you post first. Really love the idea of a break before and I think it'll be very worth it. I say this as someone who's been waiting FOREVER to see your reactions to season 4, which is my favorite season. I don't think you'll regret watching the OVAs. It might not be *required* watching, but if you loved watching our children during the show (which many of us love your reactions to) then the OVAs are simply more moments like that. So using the OVAs as the break before S4 to me sounds like a fine idea :P I think at the end of the day we *are* getting the S4 reactions eventually, and by next year we'll forget all about the time we waited. Just right now I get that people really want it immediately, it's SO close lol. But I think the OVAs will add to your enjoyment of the show even if we wait longer. That I want to emphasize since it's your first time watching and we've had years to watch the show; I would hate to rush someone else's experience to just catch up to me. And as for the S4 reactions - we've waited years between seasons, we'll be fine lmao. A wait will make the reactions feel a little jucier as a result :)

Frankly, I'm impressed that you guys can even stick to this schedule. There's a new like hour long video every day across 4 shows. You have to film, watch, edit and do it all. You work hard for your patrons and we really appreciate the effort! Must be a crazy time commitment.
