Colossal Titans in the wall are colossal because I think the Founding Titan can just turn Eldians into any sort of titan so it made them huge

There's some parallels there for sure I'm so glad that Lola finds Magath interesting, she and Filmbuff are like the only reactors (I think SOS too) that really notice stuff about him. Most people dismiss him as "He discriminates against Eldians like all the others" but you have to take into account where he grew up. He clearly wants equal rights for them, but he isn't going to be nice to the Eldian soldiers and stuff bc he has to be their leader. He also has some parallels to Shadis, the commander for the 104th Cadets (Bald headbutt guy that had the Bystander episode about him) And THANK YOU for getting what Willy meant in that carriage scene in the beginning of 4x6. The translation I always read in the manga makes it more obvious bc he says to Magath "Most of the victims will be Eldians, they're descendants of the devil right?!", so it's even more impressive that you two understood what he meant without that 'right' at the end. The whole scene is a bit longer and with some more depth to it in the manga, if you ever feel like checking out the manga while you're doing your rewatches I can let you know which chapters correspond to which seasons or something. The anime is probs more compelling bc it's not in black and white and there's movement, but the manga does tend to be quicker to read bc you can do it at your own pace, pause and take in the art, or you can read the dialogue much quicker than in the anime where you have to wait for the voice actors to read aloud. But yeah if you decide to do it just be careful you don't read something that isn't in the manga yet

2021-11-16 12:06:51 +0000 UTCYou already know that the Attack Titan is Shingeki no Kyojin aka Attack on Titan in Japanese which is great (I'm so glad you knew that before the name reveal, that was such a cool moment in the manga (7 years into the story and we finally find out what the title means), but a little more info on that: So "Shingeki no Kyojin" should really be translated into Advancing Titan (Technically the titans are called giants, but titans sounds cooler), but in Japanese they don't actually have plurals, so it can also be translated as Advancing Titans. Naturally, until the reveal of Eren's titan name everyone assumed that the title referred to "the titans are advancing", like moving forward, attacking, etc. So Eren's titan name is really about advancing rather than attacking. Moving forward, which is his whole thing -- never giving up, persevering, etc. It's not much of a difference from attacking and they can even mean the same thing but I thought it's an interesting difference that might make more sense for his titan's meaning

So for manga readers, it's one chapter a month, and they are shorter than the anime episodes. We had to wait 6 MONTHS before seeing Eren (4x3), and 11 MONTHS before seeing the Paradis characters (4x6).

But they are 'at risk', very minor especially for a channel this size but. It is what it is. So yea, if you're trying to watch Full you'll need to go get a crunchyroll sub as well :) Or go download/watch it on a 3rd party site.

2021-11-06 21:14:54 +0000 UTCThey have 2 versions - full reaction & edited reaction. Full reactions don't show the actual episode due to copyright - you have to sync up with your own video source. But edited reaction does show the actual episode (just edited down to 10 minutes of footage max). You know other Patreons who show full episode? I watch many reactors and they all do it this way. But maybe you follow more than me and some people show the entire episode. But personally, I haven't seen anyone do that.
