I never realized this until just now but you can tell how hesitant Kim is in assigning Viola any work because, I assume, she sees herself in her as someone who is willing to do whatever to help and just take on anything that is assigned to her. Not sure how I didn't see the struggle before but it's apparent now that I see it for the 15th time lol.

Also, this line from an episode or two ago can help shed some more light on the reason Kim was looking like that when listening to Kevin "Oh yeah I'm really changing the world by helping a mid-sized local bank become a midsized regional bank. Yay me."

Thats a call back to when Jesse was having all those house parties and Badger orders pizzas that aren't sliced. Jesse : "Whats with the pizza?? Its not sliced." Badger : "Thats their gimmick! They dont slice it, and they pass the savings on to you!" Also thats why Walt's pizza isnt sliced when he throws it on the roof ππ
