Just suspicion founded upon the premise that Jimmy is guilty. Until proven innocent. It's working the opposite of the law. He's as two-faced as Saul and he's like a kind of mirror of Saul.

Where Walt's transformation comes from a place of empowerment, Jimmy's comes from a place of deep seeded feelings that he is inadequate and a failure. Breaking Bad feels like watching Walt become who he was always meant to be. BCS feels like watching a man ruin his life in high definition.
