- Nori sheets (I used korean ones which have sesame oil and salt on them but plain Japanese style would work and be healthier)
- Rice, millet, quinoa mixture (whatever style rice you want to use it fine, but you want a sticky one)
- Cucumberš„
- Avocadoš„
- Lettuceš±
Optional: Liquid Aminos (or soy sauce) for dipping
