There is also the scene in S2 when Miller is talking to Naomi and he says that "she (Julie) is standing right there. She takes my hand. She says You belong with me." That exact thing then happened in E5 between Miller and Julie. There is a connection there between them that we do not understand. And the bird clearly has a role in it!

Alternatively 9 alone, then [10, 11] and [12, 13]. I believe 12 and 13 did air on the same date.

The term was coined by psychologist Carl Jung in the 1930s and it's more like a "meaningful coincidence" rather than just some random accident. Have you ever thought about a friend or family member that you haven't seen or talked to in a while, then out of the blue you get a phone call or text from that person? That's synchronicity. It's just a coincidence that he or she happened to call about the same time you were thinking of him or her--there are no cosmic or spiritual forces at play--but it's very easy for us to assign a greater meaning or importance to it. I'm not sure why Monica used the term in the episode--I haven't really thought about it--but I suspect the writer had something in mind since Holden specifically asked her about it. Anyway, I'm sure that's way more than you wanted to know about an off-hand comment, but there it is. Love your reactions.

I think the protomolecule connected Julie and Miller in a way similar to the way it connects Holden and Miller. That’s why Holden sees Miller’s hat, and why only Holden sees Miller. There’s a connection between them that the protomolecule is trying to use.

2022-05-25 18:27:13 +0000 UTClol, the talk about the lord of the rimgs was hilarious and it reminded me of myself actually. i watched the fellowiship of the ring twice in my life with the intent of watching the trilogy but it bored me too much and never made it to the second film, and then, a few years ago when i was in college, one my roomate said he was tired of me not having watched it because i usually "have good taste" (his words) and he refused to keep living with me if i didn't watch the movies with him. and that's how i ended up watching the 3 extended movies a day before having a final. we ate our wight in junkfood, popcorn and monster and the next day, to the surprise of no one, i did horribly on my exam... and that's my anecdote of the day PS: i ended up loving the movies btw ok, now i'm going to watch the actual reaction

It has nice music at least you can jam it out during the big battles Also, just because season 3 is incredible, doesn't mean the following seasons are lower in quality or anything. My only complaint with the future seasons is that the last season is too short. They are great and i think season 5 will be freakin awesome to see you two react to. A reminder for the rest of the season, try not to watch only one episode per sit down. The cliffhangers don't get easier
