Mob ???% isn’t really an explosion of emotions. Just like Teru noticed during his encounter with it, it’s more like some sort of « presence » within mob than seems to be able to « take over » (?) mob while he’s unaware (here he was passed out due to the chocking). That’s why his percentage resumed normally after the ???% and went to 100% due to his sadness about him not being able to prevent another accident caused by his powers.
