Right now it could very well be the Ring Station keeping the rest of the ship stationary. The purple energy layer is clearly shown to sorta surround the ships it grabs, so that might keep the structure as a whole stable while within the energy barrier the drum is still allowed to spin.

2022-06-06 20:22:23 +0000 UTCIf it wasn't obvious, the spinning drum of the Behemoth creates a centrifugal force that pushes everything towards the inside walls of the drum, effectively creating "spin gravity". It's like how your clothes stick to the inside walls of the washing machine when it spins up. Moving the wounded to the inside wall of the drum will provide gravity to help them heal. What I don't understand is what is providing the counterrotating force for the ship. They can't use thrusters continuously, and without an opposing torque, the entire ship will begin to spin.
