In case no one has said it and I don't know whether you decided to or not, but I highly recommend not watching the intro, while it is an amazing intro, it is very spoilery, and pretty much explains the entire plot of the first season.

I think you need to reassess this attitude to shows. I haven’t even seen Arcane but I’m well aware of all the hype around it. And I’ll still watch it sometime. You could say it’s recency bias as it is only out, but I think you’d have the same amped up hype when Invincible came out. I know people who won’t watch breaking bad as it was ‘too popular’ even though they’d like it. Im an old man, you will grow out of this trust me. If you’re not into the show then fine, but your stated reason isn’t something worth hanging on to.

You're probably right.  Arcane is a newly released show, so it has the power of relevance on its side.  That being said, without a poll, we'll never know for sure.  I follow another reaction channel where Invincible tied Arcane at 273 votes each. I've heard good things about Arcane, so I'm sure it's not a bad show.  Unfortunately, the nonstop praise from fans has set the bar way too high. Combined with the the toxic comments I've seen from trolls and... passionate... LoL fans on YouTube, my excitement for Arcane has soured. I'll probably watch it someday, but it won't be any time soon. For now, I have other shows to watch.

It’s also good to keep in mind Invincible subverts many superhero tropes. Without spoiling anything of course, it’s so much more than just a superhero show. But I agree, I think they’d love it and it’s only 8 ep.

Well, I guess when you say ''depressed'' you don't mean literally... right? I don't understand the ones that are mad actually, the girls said it had to be a short serie anyway... Full Metal, Demon Slayer and others were voted in last poll and will be watched eventually, don't worry. It could be worse... one of my favorite shows is One Piece, almost zero chances lol. Is normal that some time LM will watch something that we don't like/watch, but then just get happy for others... I never watched full metal so it doesn't make diference to me, but well, what's the problem? Are you eastern? Have you tried watch it? Because, you know, prive yourself from western productions due to cultural differences remembers me the western people that have prejudice about anime and eastern productions... I think the more open minded you are more you are able to enjoy great aspects from other cultures. If don't want it, its ok... but cheer up hahaha

League of Legends is a game with 150+ characters but they all live in the same universe. Most of the time most characters don't have a connected storyline so Arcane only shows about 5ish% or less of the universe. Watching this show as someone who played League of Legends for years, it was great to see characters we all know and love come to life and see relations we never knew existed. Also, Arcane takes place in Piltover and Zaun. ps glad ur both watching this :)

I'm ridiculously happy lol. Not even because is this show (that I absolutely loved and asked for, of course), but due to LM's consideration for their public (even though we were persecuting them with this request at this point xD), they didn't have any obligation to hear us. I have been hella depressed this week, barely went to work (please God, can't loose my job), was hiberning in my room all day long and thought: would be crazy if they post Arcane out of nowhere.
