That makes sense. I think that the way he was coming out multiple times and being obsessive / overbearing in that area of his life was because it was something he could control at the time when he had given up essentially given up control of the other situation, so he went all in on it.

But to just keep it short, I think Gus kept Lyle there for for alibi purposes and when he tells Lyle the fryer state is acceptable, he also means losing almost a million dollars in those dead drops is acceptable. Also, no spoilers but when Lola says she would love to see Jimmy & Kim go against each other…we’ll revisit that line 🤣
