2022-02-19 17:46:33 +0000 UTCPeople who say that Kira and Light aren’t two different people are sorely wrong. I believe that’s why we go through light losing the notebook and turning back. With the power of the notebook it changes Light maybe the notebook itself doesn’t change you but when presented with the power to take lives Light sought to use it to rid the world of evil thus raising himself to God like proportions. Without the notebook Light remains as he was with L he had a firm sense of morality and justice and wouldn’t sacrifice lives to reach his goal. When Lights dad died when he dropped that pen and notebook he wasn’t Kira in that moment he was Light Yagami torn up about his fathers death a man he looked up to.

2022-02-17 19:39:15 +0000 UTCNot that it makes it any better but I’ve heard that in the manga Light thought that Matsuda would do the eye deal and not his dad so that’s why he isn’t happy about it. At least that’s what I’ve heard others say I haven’t read the manga so I can’t confirm.

2022-02-16 08:44:10 +0000 UTCI believe the scene with lights dad in the hospital here is the last scene we see even a tiny bit of Light instead of Kira in the hospital scene. Kira wanted him to write Mellos name in the hospital but after Lights dad died light cried and it was one of the few things that seemed authentic I think. But as I said only the last part after his dad died I think Light was actually sad. But at this point Kira is almost the only thing left. Any part of Light is almost all dead and replaced with Kira. But at least Light made sure his dad died happy. I wish there was more signs of Light left instead of Kira. x/ Anyway that was just my thoughts on that scene specifically from now on Kira will be a pile of garbage tho when wasn’t he not that before. 😆
