At the end of December, Spy x Family would have about 25 episodes and the manga offers enough content for a second season with another 25 episodes, which will probably be completed in 2023/2024. So possibly a show for 2023. Your Lie in April is also a nice anime. I still have Rainbow Nisha in mind for people for whom Attack on Titan or Nina x Alexander in FMAB isn't traumatic enough yet. Violet Evergarden, Vivy, Haikyuu, Erased, Odd Taxi, Great Pretender, To your Eternity and Vinland Saga would also be very good anime to watch.

2022-08-27 16:51:35 +0000 UTCI would first suggest SpyxFamily. It's so good and gets a lot of hits on YouTube. But Monster would also be a good alternative. I just don't want to have another typical action shonen anime. A bit of variety would be good.

2022-08-27 15:09:50 +0000 UTCI think that after this Monster is the best fit for them for an anime: found family theme, main character is a saint, redemption arcs galore, no supernatural elements, plot revolves around a convoluted mystery taking place around Europe.

It's so good, simply because it's filled with so much symbolism that you only understand after a few episodes or even after a few later plot twists. Also the first ending with the cute drawing style is just great. Generally, the first ending is hardly loved in many shows. The first ending of Attack on Titan, which is about Mikasa, is so beautiful!
