2022-12-31 17:11:19 +0000 UTCMonster should definitely be next up. It's a psychological thriller with lots of cliffhangers but ultimately very wholesome. If you want something more lightweight to buffer that I recommend watching alongside Demon Slayer. It's got a predictable wholesome story with great characters and lots of comic relief. In both series the main protagonists are very similar to each other. I don't recommend watching Chainsaw Man and Jujitsu Kaisen together because they are too similar plot-wise and character-wise. Both are great but a break between the two is probably ideal. Chainsaw Man btw has the best production value of any anime so far. They use this technique of rotoscoping CGI with motion capture elements. It's very impressive.

I mean the music was awesome and the story could've been good but the whole "lie" thing felt completely redundant and kind of selfish. I feel like it just ended up hurting the mc way more in the end.

He managed to heal everyone. Who would know that Mob would be the last boss. Kinda fitting since he still hasn't faced himself (the mysterious ???%)
