When I first saw it I think I was too hurt by Angela's words. Not even necessarily because of how she shitted on the guy, but because I was like, what the hell is Sam doing to my girl? haha

There was some heavy shit in it, but I suppose it's fitting to be a little lighter with Elliot being absent hahaha. - The Angela karaoke scene is such a weird and awkward and vulnerable scene. It's one of my favorite sequences in the whole show - I love Darlene's little finger wag in the fsociety video when she says "for no reason" - Cisco does look very cute and smol, tbh. Especially in the scene where Darlene confesses she killed the woman. He looks like a sad puppy dog, because I won't lie -- my girl Darlene purposely tazing a woman with a heart condition right in the fucking chest is some hardcore shit. - Milena screaming "A WHORE" at (presumably) Cisco in the final scene and then later they're both like "Maybe it isn't what we think" gave me life XD

2023-01-14 05:09:34 +0000 UTCI don't use any of these tools, I just download the reaction from Vimeo, open it in VLC (media player), open the Mr Robot episode in VLC media player, hit player on one then hit play on the other, then pause/play a few times on each until they're synced. I do this for every reaction channel i'm subbed to you can make the LM video full screen and Mr Robot small at the bottom. I usually do like 80% screen width LM and 40% width Mr Robot because I don't mind the edges/borders

The only way she can defend her actions to her dad's friend is by talking about her salary and completely materialistic things. And she realizes this after. It's why she sings sadly and then tries to seduce that old guy even though she "won" the exchange. She feels like she has no self worth or any way to be proud of herself. A lot of Angela in S2 is this unsure ping-pong between her place in the E Corp ladder; is she truly trying to make changes from within or clinging to the validation she gets from being a valuable asset to them? It's supposed to be ambiguous

I'll play one until I hear a small bit of dialogue, then pause it, and then play the LM one and unpause my one as soon as LM's are about to read out the same dialogue. Works everytime, Accurate as fast as you can press Unpause on one. You guys don't need to use all these workarounds, but if it works for you then I guess it works and what's not broke doesn't need fixin' - but other than that it's pretty easy to line them both up especially the full reactions as they include the precise seconds

On the other hand, she couldn't find a way to do it without putting down people trying to make an honest living for themselves? It reminded me of Tyrell putting down that waiter, except you expect that from him lol

2023-01-12 23:38:07 +0000 UTCOnTopReplica allows you to resize the window and crop it, so you can only view the raw video without the junk around it, like buttons or some frames, if you are watching from a file. You can also change the opacity, but that isn't that useful for me.

2023-01-12 22:31:40 +0000 UTC@Nikodem that one sound interesting too i'll see which one is easier. i found a web called dualwatch but you have to have both files downloaded and for vinland or mob that's ok, but i watch mr robor on prime and bob on hbo max. and both videos play side by side and you can't choose the size, so it's not a great option.

I looked at it briefly and it seems you have more control over the properties of the window (the PIP extension has a limit on how much you can resize it) I also do the same thing to sync it up and forgot to mention it, but yeah the best thing to do if the timer for the episode doesn't work is to pause it after some dialogue is said and play it as soon as the other one gets to that same point. Luckily, even though the show has a lot of quiet moments of no dialogue which makes it hard to sync, the recap in the beginning of each episode is full of dialogue so you can pause after a character says a line and continue with the technique from there

It's not unfeasible that they got used to being there, and with the chaos going on someone wasn't looking at the GPS for the hour that it took Susan Jacobs to take a train back to NYC

2023-01-12 21:59:42 +0000 UTCMine is similar to tom's method, but instead of Picture-in-Picture, I use a program called OnTopReplica and then synchronize by finding a moment with some characteristic audio at the beginning of the episode, then I pause it immediately when I hear it (for example somebody starts talking). I go to the reaction video, I start it and wait to hear the same thing in the reaction. When it happens, I immediately unpause the episode. Then I fine tune it by pausing either the reaction or the episode until I am synchronized enough so that it does not bother me anymore.

Already on chrome you can right click and use PIP mode for youtube videos, but you need the extension to work for other video players. Just google it or go through the chrome web store, it's free and relatively easy to set up It's a little tricky if you're not used to it, but to sync you can use the timer and the audio. So for example, put both to the beginning, play one of them for three seconds before pausing it, get the PIP mode set up, then play the second one and when it gets to three seconds play the paused one so they're both playing at the same time. Then you can use the audio to finetune it by quickly pausing and then playing the one that's slightly ahead. It sounds really confusing but idk how else to explain it XD Someone might do a better job than me, or maybe my method is too convoluted Instead of PIP mode you could also have them be side-by-side. On windows at least you can just drag a window to the side of the screen to have two simultaneously open side-by-side. Then just use the same method for syncing.

2023-01-12 21:22:20 +0000 UTCsadly i can't watch the whole discussion right now but at least i can comment on the episode. another great one, first one in the show without elliot/mr robot if i'm not mistaken. well, good news for milena, seems like darlene is on her way to become an unhinged woman. but also... fuck cisco, of course you couldn't trust a guy who filmed another woman getting undressed to take a shower and the blackmailed the boyfriend. for darlene's sake i hope he's not dead, she already has enough with one cadaver. i agree with you, them not taking into account the person who owns the house could come back home at any moment is just a stupid mistake, and i don't think they would do such a thing, so maybe there's something more there. every episode i feel even more sorry for angela but at the same time she has her moments, like, the guy had it coming, but making fun of someone for an honest job made be a bit angry ngl. not for that guy personaly, but in general. hope she slowly starts getting her confidence back witouth having to drag other people down. dom is the funniest person on this show and her obession with lolipops is a mood honestly. i feel like both mobley and trenton are going to die soon, or at least be caught. i feel sorry for them. i think milena's head is going to explode the moment angela and darlene finally meet. i don't know if it's because i'm used to be dissapointed but idk if those two are going to have a happy ending anyway, so i'm trying to get my hopes in check.

They came together to meet him, they stayed together and worked on 5/9 because of him, and now that he’s not with them they’re kinda lost on what to do. The party and flyers being made wasn’t under the instruction of Elliot, probably would’ve done a more thorough sweep and find the bullet casing if he was there, would’ve caught Mobley inviting DJ Mobley, definitely wouldn’t allow other people to join Fsociety and see their faces, shut down the idea of using Susan Jacob’s (high level person at E Corp) place and even if he did, damn sure would’ve kept tabs on her. Just a constant string of bad decisions without their leader.

The Dark Army that met up with Cisco in the library stuck a needle into his finger and then broke off the needle instead of pulling it out, it's a pretty fucked up torture technique. 2. The blackmail the fsociety crew found on Susan was a "Petraus scandal" which is referencing a real life CIA Director and former military intelligence officer whom had a shared email account where they would write messages to each other in a saved draft on the account to avoid email/IP Address tracing to discuss questionable things. Susan was using the same technique with presiding judges on cases she was working on to presumably get rulings in her favor. 3. Been mentioned here a few times already but just so it's known, the name of Angela's boss is Philip Price the CEO of ECorp most often just referred to as Price. Terry Colby was the former CTO who was the guy that Angela met up with at his house at the end of season 1.

The prison storyline went on a little bit too long IMO, so it's nice to finally get an episode where the story really gets moving. So much happened here. Also fantastic reactions and discussion, this is one of my favourite videos from you. I can't wait to watch you experience everything that's still to come.
