Yup, especially in Season 4 the recaps really sync in with the episode - they begin the scene. Agree 100%

There's a Jack in Season 1? lol I meant from the Season 2 premiere part 2. Not ahead at all!
DOESN'T MATTER. I rewatched their review and you were right I was wrong, they did mean Whiterose lol

Aaahhh I think you maybe referring to the season finale dialogue, you're 2 episodes ahead here Isaac :P

@Isaac - Huh? They're not referring to Jack from Season 1 lol, they were talking about Whiterose. Also the connection between Whiterose & Minister Zhang is already well established / Price is aware of it hence his monologue about the "Little shootout".
Not really sure what you're talking about.

Looking forward to next episode, episode 10 is probably my all time favourite in the series

On reflection I actually think this might be a big contributor to some people ranking Season 2 last. Watching week-to-week was quite annoying lol, so if you didn't love the prison twist, we've spent 2/3 the season with Elliot locked up and lots of unresolved questions. I personally love it, even moreso on rewatches, but ROT13 spoilers: Fnz pyrneyl yrnearq fbzr yrffbaf sebz Frnfba 2 orpnhfr gur cnpvat bs erirnyf va F3 naq F4 vf obeqreyvar cresrpg naq rirelguvat srryf hadhrfgvbanoyl rnearq

They were speaking in shorthand, but I'm pretty sure they weren't referring to Whiterose.
They were highlighting Price's monologues, so I believe they were talking about his conversation with Jack, the US Secretary of Treasury, and just called him Prime Minister because why not :P

Just a quick short one from me, in regards to you addressing Whiterose other identity as "Prime Minister", that is more of a country leadership position. She is masquerading as the male Zhi Zhang, the Chinese Minister of State Security

Love hearing theories about the show, I only watched it after it was over, so I never got to hear people's thoughts as the show was progressing. You make a lot of interesting observations and predictions, regardless of their accuracy it's very fun to hear them.
I also agree with keeping the recaps, they might spoil that some things may be happening in the episode, but I found them very important to keep track of details that I would have otherwise forgotten. Plus, they sometimes swerve you with a scene that you think is going to be super-duper important, and instead is just brought up without any actual effect on the plot, so you never really know what's coming.

Lol, I love that yall noticed Darlene's little finger wag in the fsociety tape. I mentioned it in a comment in the previous post
The Phillip Price and Whiterose talk is an iconic scene and I didn't expect you to enjoy it as much as you did. "Order won't save you. I will rain chaos" is such a good line. Though the whole conversation is filled with good lines. Order and chaos is a big theme of S2, mentioned in both parts of the double-length season premiere and even tied into every character's action there. This show has a lot that can be read into regarding thematic analysis

Agree with continuing with watching the recaps. Don't want to spoil anything but they are as much as part of the episode as the episode itself in some cases. If you'll notice, the previously on for this episode flowed seamlessly into the episode.

At 4:28 you can see a cameo from the creator Sam Esmail. Its the dude behind bars, its really quick.
And I think you should keep watching the recaps at the start of an episode. They are really well edited and in some cases important.
