They would ADORE Fruit's Basket! I think most patrons would probably prefer Kaguya or Spy x Family (those would get more views) but Fruit's Basket and Princess Tutu are examples of non-shonen/action skewed anime that I think they would love

The problem with Frieren would be, that we have just one Season, but the manga has material for 4. So here I would wait. And if we compare Fruit Basket with Kaguya-Sama, Kaguya-Sama wins.
