Honestly, I didn't feel it was important to mention that there's an end-credit scene here because you can't really miss it due to the half-season finale ending. There was no end-credit scene before that too. You didn't miss anything :D

They're going into the Inter high preliminary now, where they'd have to play against schools only within the same prefecture and only one team wins and makes it to the nationals I love that Nekoma is in Tokyo, which is another prefecture so the only way we get to see both teams play against each other officially is if they both win all their matches and represent their prefecture in the nationals It makes rooting for both of them at the same time much easier and their interactions so much more wholesome! And this is really one of my favourite episodes in the whole show. It's the one that made me realize how great this show was going to be. The idea of having such perfect rivals for our main characters in a wholesome, healthy way was just too fun Can't wait for the next time we see them! In my favourite arc of the whole show

Fun fact: the author, Furudate-sensei, originally intended for Kenma to be the protagonist of the series :) So no wonder Nekoma is one of the best represented and most interesting teams in the show heheeh

also, milena thinking lola finally realised who kageyama reminds her of not once but twice was hilarious ngl the look of defeat and lola just laughing... peak of comedy. the thing is that i feel the same way, he reminds me a lot to another character but i can't place him. ps: that dog was a pain in the ass

god, my face hurts from smiling like an idiot. cannot finish the discussion right now because i'm having some friends over, but this episode was probably my favourite so far and the ending gave me "halfway through the season" vibes so i wonder if next episode we'll have a new intro/outro or this will be like hunter x hunter.
