1st of all Zuff if you still play League, we should definitely play sometime! 2nd When you watch the English dub version when Deku says that Gentle was his toughest opponent he specified that he meant that because Gentle was the one criminal that he fought that reminded him of himself. He saw himself in Gentle's personality especially because he passionately wanted to become a hero, Which made it tough for him to fight him. He knew that he wasn't a malicious person but he was forced to face off against him anyway to protect his friends' happiness <3

2022-12-14 10:15:50 +0000 UTCeverytime i watch this episode in particular i can't help but tear up. seeing eri smiling is just too much for me, the fact that everyone put in so much effort for that little concert is just amazing, it makes me realize that heroism isn't just in battles or developing the class quirks, it goes beyond that, the plus ultra makes complete sense.
