the interaction between melissa and miya's parents is so upsetting and it sucks that there are parents in real life who are so defensive when it comes to the possibility of their child having any kind of disability or learning difficulties. like if i was a parent i would take it so seriously and i would do whatever to help my child, just arguing with their teacher and ignoring the problem is absolutely beyond me.

Another Great Episode & Reaction. Melissa is an awesome teacher and I think she deserved that pizza belt. She is teaching 10 additional students from the 3rd grade (a 3rd grade curriculum), in addition to her normal 2nd grade class.. Okay, now that I think about it, maybe the 3rd graders should not have competed. At least they gave pizza to ALL of the students. Also, Janine running away from Melissa.. down the hall. LOL

I would have hated having to participate in a read-a-thon. I'm dyslexic and reading was probably the hardest thing for me in school. Shout out to Melissa for helping that kid read.

Loved getting more Melissa this episode. Love “Producer Mr. Eddie” and Jacob doing the podcast together. Looooved the end scene 😂😂😂

in one of the more recent episodes there's another parent meeting that iso upsetting. the show does such a good job with portraying real school scenarios and I wish I had teachers just like the ones at abbott. they really inspire me for my future teaching career <3
