Unfortunately they are, and they both say absolute nasty things to Charlie. Nick has had enough of this though and starts a fight. 2023-03-22 23:44:51 +0000 UTCexactly. i've always felt bad for him, maybe it's bc i know what it's like to be afraid that nobody actually likes you and that they'll all forget about you, but i've always felt bad for him and understood where he was coming from and this episode always makes me feel so much worse for him. ofc charlie shouldn't have felt rushed in telling him but i just would like people to understand how damaging that can be to someone who already fears that nobody likes them/wants them, tao must have felt like charlie didn't trust him, which wasn't the case but for someone with that mindset almost anything can be misinterpreted, and that broke him. i just feel so bad for all of them☹️💔

Obviously it would mean something if it was either Charlie or Nick saying it to tao. The fact that it was elle just made it worse.

He wants Charlie to be his friend but knowing Charlie didn’t tell only him that he was dating Nick must’ve just broken him the most. I felt so bad for him when the drawing with trampled on.

2023-03-22 23:13:36 +0000 UTCand yeah, i'm glad that the ending scene made some people start to feel bad for tao. although some of the ways he went about it wasn't right, at the end of the day he's just a 15 year old boy with a fear of abandonment. i've always felt super sad that nobody really tried to see things from his perspective bc if they did his character would make so much more sense to a lot of people, i love tao :( also i'm sorry for always spamming these comments LMAO this is just my comfort show and i always take every opportunity to share my thoughts/facts about it lol

2023-03-22 23:12:24 +0000 UTCalso the whole scene with elle telling tao about nick and charlie has always rubbed me the wrong way. first of all that scene NEVER happened in the books, charlie is the one who tells tao about him and nick, second of all she just basically outed nick which is a shitty thing to do regardless of the situation. i love elle but that was not her place, even if tao already knew deep down she could have tried to hide it better or just convinced him to ask charlie himself/tell charlie that tao was asking so that he could maybe tell him instead. plus when tara and darcy told her they were dating she didn't say a single word, i get that they added it just to speed up the plot bc they weren't sure if they were gonna get more seasons yet (which we now know they're getting a s2 and s3 - which i hope you guys will react to when they come out👀), but idk it just never sat right with me :/
