Some people think teaching is a babysitting job or that it is super easy, when it is an extremely tough job and a huge responsibility. Teachers are literally the backbone of our society. And sadly, teachers get paid peanuts. Another imporant layer is when his father was mentioning it's time to get a 'real man's job.' Teaching is seen as a feminine job and almost maternal so unfortunately there is a hugeee difference in gender representation in the industry. There are a lot more social, cultural, and historical factors that developed the feminization of teaching. It's very interesting.

I was just thinking about how I dated a boy in high school and I thought we would be together forever, we ended up just falling out of touch with each other completely and I didn't think anything of it when I was in college. I honestly can't imagine being with someone I dated when I was a kid.

He’s nice, caring, a bit delusional, but he does have ambition & goals & he isn’t that bad to look at. Which is why Ava had a change of heart once she saw him on stage lol, confidence can really make a man go from a 4 to a solid 7
