2023-06-07 01:18:17 +0000 UTCI don’t know if anyone has already said this to you guys, but Ted Lasso actually started as an NBC commercial from years ago as their way of promoting that they were going to be airing Premier League games. The premise is similar, Lasso is an American football coach but he’s going to the UK to coach the Tottenham Hotspurs.

You'd never see a real life reporter end a question with "Is this a fucking joke?". You'd probably never be invited back for another press conference if it was real life.

He’s too wholesome for this world 🥹 You also start to see more of who Roy is, and he’s definitely one of the best characters. Loving your reactions to this!
