I'm really torn between the first three options... Goblin, Uncanny Counter, and Bloodhounds. They are all fantastic. I'm going with Bloodhounds since it's the most recent one and was really good. But, you should just do all of them in the order they win the poll. Uncanny Counter has a second season coming out in a couple weeks! I'll be happy with any of these three choices though.

I think you completely missed the point of what I was trying to say. I never said it was the best, I said it helps newer kdrama watchers get a better understanding of how kdramas work. I voted for Sweet Home myself but it's one of lowest on the poll, so I was simply saying that a good one to watch to gain experience is Goblin. That is all. Besides my opinion is my opinion. My single comment won't make them automatically watch Goblin over Bloodhounds or vice versa.

There is a poll for a reason. Being a classic doesn’t automatically make it everyone’s taste. There is a reactor I am watching rn who is watching Goblin on their patreon and while they still keep their reaction’s interesting and don’t hate it, they mentioned (as they are asking their viewers for what to watch next) that they should keep in mind that so far Goblin is no where close to being one of their favourite k-drama. That they preferred Business proposal, uncanny counter, it’s okay not to be okay, sweet home, flower of evil etc to it. Those are all the “newer dramas” so classic doesn’t always mean the best.

Now that you say that, I have nothing to say..😅 I was wearing a school uniform in the beginning. But strangely enough, when I saw it at the time, I just looked at it naturally. It's not that weird in Korean dramas As I wrote earlier, there are a lot of Korean dramas with this age difference🤗

Goblin is the only way to go. Older dramas need to shine over the new ones sometimes. You learn a lot from older dramas and the dynamics of them. It's a must for newer kdrama watchers. The new shows are great don't get me wrong but the classics are classics for a reason.

And also the fact that the FL wears what she wears for like half the show (I’m not sure if saying it is a spoiler) it’s makes it even more weird.

I hope bloodhounds wins, its shorter and pretty different to the last dramas you guys have watched. I started watching goblin cus of all the hype around it and got bored after ep4 and the age gap weirded me out lol

Was there a problem with the age difference when you saw the goblin in Korea? I heard it for the first time, but when I searched on a Korean portal site, there were some posts.. But it didn't make headlines. I don't think people saw the age difference because the ratings were so high.

Goblin had mixed reactions from koreans too. The show got backlash a lot, even if it fantasy but it got people uncomfortable. You can search it up. The girl was in school in the drama and main lead in his mid 30's, that was a big issue.

Actually, I joined Patrion and voted for the goblin before. When I saw that my friends' concentration was blurred due to the age difference in the Itaewon class, I thought I should not become a goblin on this channel. I knew there was a difference in perspective between the East and the West, but I was surprised to see him responding sensitively to the age difference. I don't know about other Asian countries, but I don't think it's important to have an age difference in Korean dramas. In fact, there are many dramas with age differences in Korea.
