Yes, what the bully meant when he said "bc the sky was clear" is exactly that, he had no reason, he did it bc he wanted and he could but if u ask me, Hyunsu was a popular kid, he had friends and was kind so i think he made him his target bc he was probably trying to establish his "dominance" in the class as he was new to the school.
