I think you’ll end up liking the uncle’s character. I like that you guys know what’s up when it comes to the kdrama tropes lol. I think this is also your first time watching that actor in something if I’m not mistaken. He’s really good, he was in a pretty famous kdrama Signal which imo is one of the best kdramas of all time. Although it deals with very serious subject matter so if you guys ever watch on your own or on the channel just be aware, it’s a very heavy show. Hope you guys continue to enjoy Move to Heaven : )

dude i never expected to feel such an understanding towards this show/their job but wow. since i work in a care home we unfortunately have to deal with death quite a lot, and sometimes if i'm not busy taking care of the residents i'll have to clean out the rooms of those who were recently deceased. it's obviously such an important thing to do but it's such a weird feeling emptying it out, like it sort of feels wrong in a way (not wrong as in bad, but like someone was alive there and now all of their stuff is being removed and the room is being stripped to be turned into a new room for a new person, like it doesn't feel real in a sense.) so i have a lot of respect for what these guys do for a living. also i didn't expect to cry when geu-ru was paying his respects but then they started playing clair de lune (a piece by claude debussy, which is my favourite classical piece) and then the waterworks started going 😭

I like the subtleties in Lee JeHoon's (the uncle) acting in this episode, where you can tell that even though he's still not quite buying into the whole Move to Heaven thing, he is listening and taking it all in. I predict more tears next episode so be sure to have tissues ready!

Agreed. Signal is probably my favorite kdrama of all time. It's sooo good

I hope this drama opens up more options for you in the kdrama world. All of Lee JeHoon's work (Uncle) is really great. He's been such a talent since his earlier days.
