I've watched this episode about 5 times by now and I still cry like a baby every single time. Lee Je-Hoon (Sang U's actor) gave one of his best perfomances on this. Another drama I think you'd like is "daily dose of sunshine" it gave me similar vibes with move to heaven in the sense that it's a tearjerker and it also has some short stories each episode. Its about mental health and in my oppinion everyone should watch it, even if you don't make reactions out of it.
